{"id":4836,"date":"2019-11-13T16:20:42","date_gmt":"2019-11-13T15:20:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=4836"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:29:24","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:29:24","slug":"sopa-egusi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/sopa-egusi\/","title":{"rendered":"Sopa Egusi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traigo una receta un poco especial, la <strong>sopa egusi,<\/strong> es un guiso de origen nigeriano y que tiene como base las pipas de Egusi, un mel\u00f3n\/calabaza de origen africano&nbsp; que si bien el en si mismo no es comestible si lo son sus deliciosas y nutritivas semillas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>semillas de Egusi<\/strong> son parecidas a las semillas de calabaza pero m\u00e1s peque\u00f1itas, al masticarlas son aceitosas y aportan a los platos un sabor dulz\u00f3n muy caracter\u00edstico adem\u00e1s de una consistencia m\u00e1s espesa y un poco gelatinosa. La<strong> sopa Egusi<\/strong> se prepara generalmente con verduras de hoja (hoja de amargo, hojas de calabaza, celos\u00eda, espinacas o col), cebolla, tomate, okra y una prote\u00edna, que puede yumprintitem=\"0\">Tostamos las pipas de egusi y las trituramos con una batidora, a\u00f1adiendo agua hasta formar una pasta y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">limpiamos el pescado (sin piel ni espinas) y los langostinos y lo cortamos en trozos grandes y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">En una cazuela ponemos el aceite y sofreimos la cebolla hasta que est\u00e9 transparente, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos el pescado y los langostinos y los rehogamos hasta que est\u00e9 doradito por ambos lados, a\u00f1adimos las espinacas y el agua y dejamos cocinar durante 15 o 20 minutos a fuego suave.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos la pasta de pipas de egusi, el okra y la pimienta rosa y dejamos cocinar 10 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-note-section\"
