Inflado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta que os traigo hoy os parecer\u00e1 una tonter\u00eda, pero tener <strong>Arroz Inflado<\/strong> en casa mola un mont\u00f3n, primero porque que es un snack que pod\u00e9is perfecto para los enanos, tanto dulce como salado, ya que pod\u00e9is echar cacao o la sal y las especias que os molen para darle sabor y lo segundo es que con \u00e9l pod\u00e9is preparar algunos aperitivos deliciosos como el <em>bhelpuri<\/em>&nbsp; indio o a\u00f1adirlo a ensaladas, al yogur, a postres y a un mont\u00f3n de cosas m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para hacer el <strong>arroz inflado<\/strong> solo hay que tener un poco de paciencia, ya que tarda bastante en hacerse, pero no es nada dif\u00edcil hacerlo, luego lo pod\u00e9is tener guardado en la despensa durante semanas, con la \u00fanica precauci\u00f3n de que no se humedezca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pod\u00e9is usar cualquier tipo de <strong>arroz<\/strong> que os guste para hacerlo, gordo, largo, thai, basmati, da un poco igual, solo deb\u00e9is respetar los tiempos de cocci\u00f3n de cada arroz, el resto es igual para cualquiera de los arroces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pod\u00e9is preparar el <strong>arroz inflado<\/strong> tanto dulce como salado, y a\u00f1adirle al agua de cocer el arroz y luego por encima los sabores que m\u00e1s os gusten en casa, y ya ver\u00e9is como lo us\u00e1is mogoll\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s es una manera de hacer cereales para el desayuno en casa, que sabes que llevan, sobre todo si vuestros peques tienen alguna intolerancia o alergia alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p
