Este acompa\u00f1amiento se puede encontrar tambi\u00e9n en la cocina Malaya, en zonas de la India, Singapur y Sri Lanka, y vereis tanto en los puestos callejeros como en los mejores restaurantes para acompa\u00f1ar la comida principal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay <em>sambales<\/em> de todo tipo, pero algunos de los m\u00e1s habituales son el <em>Sambal Asam<\/em> (como el teras\u00ed pero con mucho m\u00e1s pasta de tamarindo), el <em>Sambal Balado<\/em> (Chile salteado con aceite, ajo, cebolla, tomate, sal y zumo de lima), el <em>Sambal Belacan<\/em> (chile, terasi o belanca, mango, sal, az\u00facar y zumo de lima), <em>Sambal Manis<\/em> (Chile, cebolla y az\u00facar), Sambal Jeruk (Pimiento verde, lim\u00f3n), <em>Sambal Setan<\/em> (muy picante elaborado con pimientos Madame Jeanette, el nombre significa literalmente <em>&#8220;Salsa del diablo&#8221;<\/em>), <em>Sambal Taliwang<\/em> (el <strong>sambal<\/strong> m\u00e1s picante de todos, nativo de <a class=\"new\" title=\"Taliwang (a\u00fan no redactado)\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=Taliwang&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">Taliwang<\/a>, se elabora con <strong><a justify;\">Es habitual encontrar <em>sambales<\/em> de todo tipo en la zona de salsas de los supermercados y tiendas gourmet de muchos pa\u00edses, aqu\u00ed en Espa\u00f1a es habitual encontrarlo en las tiendas de productos orientales, pero como los que hag\u00e1is en casa, ninguno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>sambal terasi<\/strong> se prepara principalmente a base de chiles indonesios (un tipo de pimiento rojo picante), tomate y el <strong>terasi<\/strong>, que es una pasta de gambas que se tuestan previamente antes de hacer dicha pasta y que le da ese sabor caracter\u00edstico a esta salsa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La mayor\u00eda de los <em>sambales<\/em> se preparar en crudo pero este concretamente va cocinado, lo que hace que los
