Mahor\u00ed con la m\u00e1s tradicional cocina inglesa en un plato sabroso y muy f\u00e1cil de comer para toda la familia, el <strong>Pastel de conejo Wellington<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este <strong>pastel de conejo Wellington<\/strong> se prepara aderezado por una mezcla de especias muy especial, que es la <a title=\"Comprar mezcla wellington\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/home\/356-comprar-mezcla-wellington.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mezcla Wellington<\/strong><\/a>, esta mezcla de especias se cre\u00f3 <em>&#8220;E<span class=\"Y0NH2b CLPzrc\">x profeso&#8221;<\/span><\/em> para preparar esta receta, pero como todas las mezclas se puede utilizar en muchos otros platos como guisos carne, de conejo o pollo y con la ternera, adem\u00e1s es perfecta para aderezar la carne y preparar el famoso <em>solomillo Wellington<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este <strong>pastel de carne<\/strong> lo pod\u00e9is preparar con cualquier carne que os guste, pollo, ternera, o cualquier otra porque es perfecto para que quede bien jugosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Wellingtong<\/strong> es la capital de <em>Nueva Zelanda<\/em> y una regi\u00f3n que se localiza al Sur de la isla Norte, siendo la tercera ciudad m\u00e1s poblada de Nueva Zelanda, es el centro financiero y de negocios del pa\u00eds, y un centro cultural no solo por su universidad sino tambi\u00e9n por sus museos, teatros, etc. Es adem\u00e1s un lugar animado y cosmopolita principalmente porque est\u00e1 plagado de universitarios y un sitio perfecto para degustar la cocina tanto tradicional mahor\u00ed como modernos restaurantes con cocina fusi\u00f3n y por supuesto otros menos sofisticados como los famosos <em>fish&amp;chips<\/em>, que sinceramente son dentro de lo malo, los menos malos que he probado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure En la misma sart\u00e9n a\u00f1adimos el tocino y lo hacemos hasta que est\u00e9 crujiente, lo sacamos y lo escurrimos bien con ayuda de papel de cocina y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">En una olla sofre\u00edmos la cebolla, el apio y la cebolla, cuando est\u00e9 la cebolla transparente a\u00f1adimos la mezcla de especias y rehogamos bien, a\u00f1adimos el vino tinto y dejamos que reduzca hasta que casi se haya evaporado el liquido.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Cuando est\u00e9n a\u00f1adimos el conejo, el tocino y el caldo y dejamos que se cocine hasta que el conejo est\u00e9 muy tierno (1 hora aproximadamente).
