Velilla<\/em>, as\u00ed que para bien o para mal es el m\u00e1ximo responsable de este men\u00fa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Y en el reparto tienes a <em>Javier C\u00e1mara<\/em>, <em>Lola Due\u00f1as<\/em>, <em>Fernando Tejero<\/em>,<em> Chus Lampreave<\/em> y <em>Alejandra Jim\u00e9nez<\/em> entre otros quiz\u00e1s algo menos conocidos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El protagonista principal es <em>Javier C\u00e1mara<\/em> que ejerce de cocinero, propietario de un restaurante de moda y gay que no es que tenga que tener ninguna relaci\u00f3n unas cosas con la otra pero es que las bromas y las situaciones<em> \u00bfdivertidas?<\/em> van a venir precisamente por su preferencia sexual.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/javier_camara.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4367\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/javier_camara-632x261.jpg\" alt=\"javier_camara\" width=\"632\" height=\"261\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/javier_camara-632x261.jpg 632w, https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/javier_camara-1020x422.jpg 1020w, https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/javier_camara-750x310.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 632px) 100vw, 632px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>Javier C\u00e1mara<\/em> puede hacer de acelga en el cine y yo me lo creo porque es un actor de los que llenan el papel, por muy vac\u00edo que est\u00e9 el personaje y con <em>Lola Due\u00f1as<\/em> me pasa tres cuartas de lo mismo. Son dos actores que se comen la c\u00e1mara en cuanto est\u00e1n en plano.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">De hecho Javier se llev\u00f3 el premio del p\u00fablico al mejor actor en el <strong>Festival de M\u00e1laga<\/strong> y estuvo nominado al <strong>Goya<\/strong> por esta pel\u00edcula tambi\u00e9n como mejor actor, aunque ese al final no se lo llev\u00f3 para casa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Fuera de carta<\/strong> se supone que deber\u00eda ser un plato ligero y fresco pero ya os digo, a m\u00ed se me empach\u00f3?? cinematogr\u00e1ficamente hablando <em>\u00a1qu\u00e9 no todo iban a ser grandes men\u00fas cuando os hablo de pel\u00edculas y gastronom\u00eda!<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A ver si esto lo arregla Sara con alguna de sus deliciosas recetas??<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Pues vamos a ver que podemos hacer para quitarle el mal sabor de boca a Pilar, aun que he de decir que que a m\u00ed esta pel\u00edcula me encant\u00f3, pero claro soy de risa f\u00e1cil y <em>&#8220;chiscaco&#8221;<\/em> f\u00e1cil, adem\u00e1s me pasa como a Pilar, <em>Javier C\u00e1mara<\/em> me encanta. Y como no pod\u00eda ser de otro modo, la receta estrella de <strong>Fuera de Carta<\/strong> es el <strong>&#8220;Bogavante con Esp\u00e1rragos en salsa de Ostras&#8221;<\/strong>, as\u00ed que a yumprintitem=\"1\">Rehogamos la harina en la mantequilla hasta que empiece a tomar un color oscuro y vamos agregando el agua o el caldo poco a poco removiendo con unas varillas hasta hacer una especie de bechamel ligera y cocinamos 10 minutos sin dejar de remover, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos la salsa de ostras y a\u00f1adimos la pimienta y sal y removemos bien hasta que se mezcle todo y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Cortamos los esp\u00e1rragos en trozos como de 3 o 4 cm, y los metemos 1 minuto en el microondas a m\u00e1xima potencia, cuando est\u00e9n, a\u00f1adimos una cucharada de mantequilla a una sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1adimos los esp\u00e1rragos y los hacemos sin que se quemen (3 o 4 minutos), los sacamos y a\u00f1adimos la otra cuchara de mantequilla y la cebolla y la pochamos (que quede transparente), cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos los esp\u00e1rragos y los hacemos a fuego bajo durante 3 o 4 minutos m\u00e1s (sin que se quemen) y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Cortamos los bogavantes longitudinalmente (de la cabeza a la cola), Salpimentamos y los ponemos en una plancha o sart\u00e9n, primero por la parte de la cascara durante un par de minutos y luego por la de la carne (si se hace al rev\u00e9s soltar\u00e1 todo el jugo y puede deshacerse
