S\u00ed o s\u00ed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Si me apuras, yo creo que deber\u00eda subvencionarlo la sanidad p\u00fablica porque son tantos sus beneficios que seguro que le sale rentable a las arcas del estado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Hoy quiero hablaros de <strong>cacao<\/strong> para empezar bien el a\u00f1o, con buen sabor de boca.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Seg\u00fan el doctor <strong>Ram\u00f3n Estruch<\/strong>, vamos que no es que lo diga yo es que lo dice nada menos que un consultor senior de Medicina Interna del Hospital Clinic de Barcelona, el <strong>cacao<\/strong> es un buen\u00edsimo aliado para el cerebro de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de la casa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dicho esto, es evidente que los adultos de la casa lo necesitamos incluso m\u00e1s que los peque\u00f1os que a fin de cuentas tenemos la cabeza llena de planes, ideas y citas de nuestra agenda, de la de los ni\u00f1os, de la de la casa??.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El <strong>cacao<\/strong> no es una chuche, no es un capricho, no es un porque s\u00ed \u00bfpero por qui\u00e9n me tomabais? Yo os hablo de un alimento lleno de <em>polifenoles<\/em> que es una sustancia estupenda para nuestro sistema inmunitario, eso no lo sab\u00edais \u00bfeh?.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/cacao_bebida_chocolat.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3934\" href=\"http:\/\/www.observatoriodelcacao.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Observatorio del Cacao<\/strong><\/a> que preside el doctor <em>Estruch<\/em>, la ingesta regular de <strong>cacao<\/strong> mejora su rendimiento cognitivo y ayuda a la concentraci\u00f3n porque (esto lo mismo tampoco lo sab\u00e9is) tiene una concentraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de <em>teobromina<\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Vamos que en una taza normal de leche con <strong>cacao<\/strong> tienes unos 6 miligramos de cafe\u00edna que se quedan bien lejos de los 40 o 50 miligramos de cafe\u00edna que tiene una taza de caf\u00e9. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Es decir que como son muy poquitos miligramos resultan beneficiosos para que empiecen el d\u00eda con energ\u00eda y con alegr\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Pero es que adem\u00e1s el <strong>cacao<\/strong> contiene <em>flavonoides <\/em>que son estupendos para nuestras arterias y que consiguen aumentar el flujo sangu\u00edneo cerebral, lo que conlleva que se estimula la memoria inmediata, la atenci\u00f3n y la agilidad mental.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>Ojito??<\/em> no os lieis que os hablo de <strong>CACAO<\/strong> no de preparados l\u00e1cteos con un ligero colorcillo, ya me entend\u00e9is que pueden estar ricos y gustar a grandes y peque\u00f1os pero que no es lo mismo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Adem\u00e1s, tampoco hay que obsesionarse con beberlo que el <strong>cacao<\/strong> se puede comer en alguno de los deliciosos platos que prepara Sara y que seguro que tiene listos para inspiraros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Bookman Old Style, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Si es que lo tiene todo, est\u00e1 buen\u00edsimo y encima es sano <em>\u00bfqu\u00e9 m\u00e1s se puede
