o sopa de salm\u00f3n sueca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os vuelvo a llevar de nuevo a mi amada Suecia con una receta perfecta para estas fechas, la <strong>Laxsoppa<\/strong> o <em>Sopa de Salm\u00f3n<\/em>, es una sopa deliciosa perfecta tanto para tomarla cualquier d\u00eda como para ponerla en la mesa esta Navidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"es\">La <strong>laxsoppa<\/strong> es una sopa cremosa a base de salm\u00f3n y patatas que se come en toda Escandinavia y que tiene diferentes nombres, por ejemplo en finland\u00e9s se denomina <b>Lohikeitto<\/b>, la forma de prepararla var\u00eda de un lugar a otro e incluso hay defensores ac\u00e9rrimos que dicen que la receta original no inclu\u00eda la nata o la leche, seg\u00fan el gusto, yo por mi parte utilizo una receta en sueco que si usa nata, ya que creo que el toque cremoso que le da al plato es delicioso.&nbsp;<b> sopa se come de forma habitual en la comida o la cena, no es una comida de fiesta ni mucho menos, pero para nosotros por aquello del exotismo puede ser un primer plato muy interesante para tomarlo estas navidades, lo que si os aseguro es que cuando prob\u00e9is la <strong>laxsoppa<\/strong> la vais a hacer m\u00e1s de un d\u00eda en casa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podemos a\u00f1adir a la <strong>laxsoppa<\/strong> diversos ingredientes, no solo salm\u00f3n, patata y eneldo como en la versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s b\u00e1sica, pod\u00e9is a\u00f1adir zanahorias, guisantes, gambas, espinacas, azafr\u00e1n, c\u00farcuma, tomates, lim\u00f3n, vino blanco, curry&#8230;, vamos que se<em> &#8220;tunea&#8221;<\/em> la receta en cada casa y en cada restaurante.<\/p>\n<figure Reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">En esa misma cacerola a\u00f1adimos la cebolla y la pochamos en la mantequilla hasta que est\u00e9 transparente.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Cuando este lista a\u00f1adimos la zanahoria y un vaso grande de caldo y las hervimos durante 10 o 15 minutos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">A\u00f1adimos las patatas y la pimienta de Jamaica y agregamos caldo hasta cubrir (si es necesario ponemos un poco de agua) y dejamos que se haga a fuego lento hasta que la patata empiece a deshacerse.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">Agregamos el salm\u00f3n, el eneldo, el cebollino y la nata y lo dejamos que se cocine durante 10 minutos.
