{"id":3955,"date":"2017-11-17T15:23:30","date_gmt":"2017-11-17T14:23:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3955"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:37:34","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:37:34","slug":"ramen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/ramen\/","title":{"rendered":"Ramen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traemos una receta de <strong>Ramen<\/strong> a la A la <em>&#8220;s&#8217;il vous plait&#8221;, <\/em>si por que el <strong>ramen<\/strong> es una socorrid\u00edsima forma de hacer una sopa contundente por la noche al estilo japon\u00e9s.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta que os voy a poner es r\u00e1pida y sencilla, vamos que con los ingredientes en casa, tardas quince minutos en prepararla, y es que, si os gusta la cocina oriental y ten\u00e9is en la despensa cuatro cositas, esta receta va a hacer las delicias de muchos de vosotros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <b>ramen<\/b> (<span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\" xml:lang=\"ja\" lang=\"ja\">????????<\/span>) es una sopa japonesa que consiste en un caldo a base de pescado, miso y salsa de soja, a la que se le a\u00f1aden fideos chinos y diferentes guarniciones como carne, setas, algas, verduras, etc.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4126\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4126\" style=\"width: 501px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/dashi-no-moto.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-4126\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/dashi-no-moto.jpg\" alt=\"Dashi-no-moto\" width=\"501\" height=\"501\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/dashi-no-moto.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/dashi-no-moto-290x290.jpg 290w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4126\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dashi-no-moto<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En realidad el <strong>ramen<\/strong> es un plato de origen chino en realidad, no se tiene muy claro como ni cuando llega a Jap\u00f3n pero es durante los a\u00f1os <em>50<\/em> (del siglo XX, se entiende) cuando en la ciudad de <em>Hokkaido<\/em> se hace popular el plato y comienza a ser un plato de uso habitual en todo el pa\u00eds, para que os hag\u00e1is una idea de como cal\u00f3 en los japoneses en <em>1958<\/em> <strong>Momufuku Ando<\/strong> fundador de<strong> Nissin<\/strong> lanza la primera sopa instant\u00e1nea de fideos y la llama <em>&#8220;Chiken Ramen&#8221;<\/em>. Ya en los a\u00f1os <em>80<\/em> es cuando pasa a tener car\u00e1cter de plato en s\u00ed y se convierte en un plato que hace las delicias de j\u00f3venes y mayores, siendo en los <em>90<\/em> cuando se produce el &#8220;boom&#8221; del <strong>ramen<\/strong> y hay verdaderas competiciones entre las ciudades por ser la que mejor <strong>ramen<\/strong> ten\u00eda entre sus filas de restaurantes dedicados exclusivamente a dicho plato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>ramen<\/strong> es un plato que tiene tres partes o ingredientes, los <em>men<\/em> o fideos, la <em>sopa<\/em> y el <em>gu<\/em> o acompa\u00f1amiento, de ah\u00ed que podamos encontrar <strong>ramen<\/strong> en los que los fideos son de harina de trigo o de s\u00e9mola. En cuando a la <em>sopa<\/em> es sin duda la parte m\u00e1s importante del plato, y podemos encontrar variantes como la<em> shoyu<\/em> (de soja con pollo), la <em>Tonkotsu<\/em> (a base de cerdo y de color blanco), de Miso (a base de pollo y miso) y la Shio (de pescado y transparente). Y finalmente el <em>gu <\/em>o acompa\u00f1amiento<em>, <\/em>que son las cosas que flotan (seg\u00fan mi hijo), y pueden ser infinitas pero las m\u00e1s habituales son huevo cocido, encurtidos de bab\u00fa, alga nori o wakame, cerdo cocido, cebollino, pollo laqueado, naruto (pescado prensado tipo surimi), tofu, etc.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4125\" algas wakame, el tofu en trozos, la cebolleta en rodajitas y el Dashi y lo dejaremos cocer durante 15 o 20 minutos o hasta que las setas est\u00e9n blanditas.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Cuando est\u00e9 la sopa, la quitamos del fuego y cuando deje de hervir a\u00f1adimos el Miso y removemos hasta que se disuelva del
