{"id":3828,"date":"2017-07-27T10:56:36","date_gmt":"2017-07-27T08:56:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3828"},"modified":"2017-07-27T10:56:36","modified_gmt":"2017-07-27T08:56:36","slug":"gazpacho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/gazpacho\/","title":{"rendered":"Gazpacho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hace tanto calor que a mi lo \u00fanico que me entra a medio d\u00eda es un <strong>Gazpacho<\/strong>, y me he dicho, pues vamos a poner una recetita de un <strong>gazpacho<\/strong>, pero de las t\u00edpicas, sin extravagancias, gazpacho de toda la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>gazpacho<\/strong> es algo como muy nuestro, y aun que encontr\u00e1is sopas fr\u00edas de tomate y otras <em>&#8220;gurrindongadas&#8221;<\/em> por medio mundo, donde est\u00e9 un gazpacho espa\u00f1ol, que se quiten las sopas fr\u00edas, uno con su tomate, su pepino y su ajo, de esos que entran como el agua bien fresquitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Espa\u00f1a podemos encontrar tantos <strong>gazpachos<\/strong> como pueblos, o casas incluso, porque en cada casa se hace de una manera, en unas se echa pan, en otras no, en unas se echa pepino en otras ajo, o almendras, incluso higadillos de pollo, cebolla, pimientos, con piment\u00f3n o sin \u00e9l&#8230;vamos que va en gustos.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3881\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3881\" style=\"width: 520px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/vivalivadia\/20066084259\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-3881\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/tomates_NGrid_20066084259_69e047b665_z-632x422.jpg\" alt=\"Tomates\" width=\"520\" height=\"347\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/tomates_NGrid_20066084259_69e047b665_z-632x422.jpg 632w, https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/tomates_NGrid_20066084259_69e047b665_z.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 520px) 100vw, 520px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3881\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tomates &#8211; Photo by N&#8217;Grid @ Flickr<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El origen del <strong>gazpacho<\/strong> como lo conocemos hoy en d\u00eda viene por supuesto despu\u00e9s de la llegada de <em>Crist\u00f3bal Col\u00f3n<\/em> a Am\u00e9rica, ya que su ingrediente b\u00e1sico es el tomate y este proven\u00eda de los cultivos <strong>Aztecas<\/strong>, pero es verdad que all\u00e1 por el siglo I en uno de los escritos de <em>Publio Virgilio<\/em> encontramos una descripci\u00f3n de una bebida preparado con ajos y hierbas arom\u00e1ticas majadas (<em>moretum<\/em>, mortero en lat\u00edn) y vino a\u00f1ejo (avinagrado), que puede ser una especie de &#8220;<em>proto-gazpacho<\/em>&#8220;, pero es rizar un poco el rizo. Es verdad que en la \u00e9poca de al-\u00c1ndalus se preparaba un majado con pan (a pellizcos), ajo, aceite de oliva, vinagre, sal y agua, que ese preparaba en un mortero llamado <a title=\"Dornillo\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dornillo\" target=\"_blank\"><em>&#8220;dornillo&#8221;<\/em><\/a> y que se servia como si fuera una sopa, algo parecido al <em>Ajoblanco <\/em>de ahora, pero para la mayor\u00eda el origen del gazpacho est\u00e1 en La Mancha, en tierras de Albacete, y de ah\u00ed al mundo entero.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3883\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3883\" style=\"width: 528px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/cyclonebill\/7310199262\/http:\/\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-3883\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/ajo_blanco_cyclonebill_7310199262_c4a63a8cb0_z-632x420.jpg\" alt=\"Ajoblanco\" width=\"528\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/ajo_blanco_cyclonebill_7310199262_c4a63a8cb0_z-632x420.jpg 632w, https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/ajo_blanco_cyclonebill_7310199262_c4a63a8cb0_z.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 528px) 100vw, 528px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3883\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ajoblanco &#8211; Photo by cyclonebill @ Flickr<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>gazpacho<\/strong> es un alimento saludable, de echo si le quitamos el pan, podemos usarlo en cualquier dieta ya que unos 100 ml. de gazpacho aportan unas 40 o 50 kcal., eso s\u00ed, ojito si tenemos el potasio alto que el tomate tiene <em>&#8220;mogoll\u00f3n&#8221;<\/em>. Es una fuente de <em>vitamina C<\/em> (si le a\u00f1adimos pimiento), de antioxidantes, de fibra y adem\u00e1s tiene efecto &#8220;saciente&#8221; (que sacia).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s el <strong>gazpacho<\/strong>, es un plato que podemos preparar en grandes cantidades, ya que al a\u00f1adirle el vinagre, podemos conservarlo en la nevera un par de d\u00edas sin problema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y ahora, sin m\u00e1s dilaci\u00f3n mi receta del <strong>Gazpacho<\/strong>, espero que os guste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
