na <strong>Salsa de caramelo con Sal Azul de Persia<\/strong>, una delicia la verdad, contundente, porque <em>light<\/em> no es pero est\u00e1 para chuparse los dedos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La verdad es que es una salsa dulce que me dio ideas muy interesantes de con qu\u00e9 se puede mezclar, la verdad es que lo primero que me vino a la cabeza fue para acompa\u00f1ar unas <em>peras al horno <\/em>que ten\u00eda hechas, pero luego empec\u00e9 a ver opciones y oye hasta con algo salado puede estar rico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He utilizado <strong>Sal Azul de Persia<\/strong> para esta receta porque me encanta ese toque picante que llega a tener de lo salada que es y adem\u00e1s te da la posibilidad de si pones unos granitos por encima que quede muy mono con los toques azules que tiene, parece una joya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a <strong>Sal Azul de Persia<\/strong> es una sal mineral que viene de una mina en Ir\u00e1n, m\u00e1s concretamente de los <strong>Montes Zagros, <\/strong>es lo que se denomina una <em>Sal f\u00f3sil<\/em> y est\u00e1 formada por distintos minerales entre ellos la <em>Silvina (cloruro de potasio, principalmente)<\/em> que forma los cristales azules que le dan nombre y que hace que esta sea una<strong> sal<\/strong> baja en sodio y con un nivel de potasio muy alto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>Sal Azul de Persia<\/strong> es una sal muy, muy salada, tanto que cuando la pones sobre la lengua pica, por lo que le da un toque muy interesante a los platos, sobre todo a los postres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El \u00fanico detalle a tener en cuenta para la receta de <strong>Salsa de caramelo con Sal Azul de Persia<\/strong> es que no se os queme el caramelo, as\u00ed que despacito y vigilando, tambi\u00e9n tener en cuenta que si utiliz\u00e1is
