{"id":3523,"date":"2016-12-02T09:30:12","date_gmt":"2016-12-02T08:30:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3523"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:40:27","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:40:27","slug":"palak-de-pollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/palak-de-pollo\/","title":{"rendered":"Palak de pollo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta de hoy es un <strong>Palak de pollo<\/strong>, es una receta un poco compleja de presentar a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os ya que se trata de un <em>massala con espinacas<\/em>, una forma distinta de comer curry, y aunque os pueda parecer por su color poco apetecible os aseguro que tiene un sabor extraordinario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los <em>massalas<\/em> (salsas) de tipo <strong>Palak<\/strong> tienen su origen en la zona del <em>Punjab<\/em> entre la India y Pakist\u00e1n, es una cocina muy intensa y especiada, repleta de platos vegetarianos y no tan picante como los platos de las cocinas del Sur de la India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Palak<\/strong> m\u00e1s conocido de todos es el <strong>palak panner<\/strong>, que es un plato vegetariano que se prepara con el <a title=\"panner\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Paneer\" target=\"_blank\">paneer<\/a> y este massala de espinacas.
