El chef americano<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/huskrestaurant.com\/sean-brock-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sean Brock<\/a> <\/strong>incluye esta mezcla en una ensalada de cangrejo, pepino, apio y almendras y en el restaurante <strong>San Francisco?s Mourad&nbsp;<\/strong>preparan una <em>crema de farro<\/em> (trigo salvaje), <em>brassica<\/em> (coliflor) y mantequilla marr\u00f3n al que se a\u00f1ade el <strong>vadouvan<\/strong> que al parecer es un verdadera delicia.&nbsp; El <strong>Vadouvan<\/strong> combina muy bien con algunas carnes blancas, como el pollo o el pavo y tambi\u00e9n con el cordero y es perfecta para a\u00f1adirla a la carne de cerdo para preparar salchichas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n puede usarse directamente en cremas y salsas a\u00f1adiendo el <strong>Vadouvan<\/strong> justo antes de la cocci\u00f3n aportado su ex\u00f3tico sabor al plato. Es perfecto para espolvorearlo sobre verduras y hortalizas de ra\u00edz como las zanahorias o las patatas antes de introducirlas al horno para ser asadas. Podemos darle un toque ex\u00f3tico a nuestras hamburguesas vegetarianas o a los bu\u00f1uelos de lentejas o de garbanzos. zanahoria, las ponemos en una bandeja de horno y mezclamos con las zanahorias de forma que queden bien impregnadas, las metemos en el horno y dejamos que se hagan d\u00e1ndoles la vuelta de vez en cuando durante 25-30 minutos (dependiendo del horno) o hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Mientras en una sart\u00e9n con el fuego muy bajito ponemos las dos cucharadas de aceite restantes y a\u00f1adimos la c\u00farcuma y la tostamos hasta que comience a soltar su aroma (un par de minutos m\u00e1ximo), lo retiramos del fuego y a\u00f1adimos el otro 1\/2 yogur, el zumo del lim\u00f3n y un poco de sal y mezcl\u00e1ndolo bien.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Cuando est\u00e9n las
