<\/em>deliciosa y como siempre sencill\u00edsima, un <strong>risotto de esp\u00e1rragos y boletus<\/strong> que os har\u00e1 morir de amor de lo r\u00e1pido que se hace y lo rico que est\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hacer un <strong>risotto<\/strong> de verdad es dif\u00edcil y sobre todo laborioso, ya que hay que estar movi\u00e9ndolo continuamente para que no se pegue y para que coja la textura untuosa que tiene que tener, de echo si quer\u00e9is probar uno delicioso no dej\u00e9is de ver esta receta de un <a title=\"Risotto de Boletus\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/risotto-de-boletus\/\" target=\"_blank\">risotto de boletus<\/a> aut\u00e9ntico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yo a lo largo de los a\u00f1os he ido buscando formas de cocinar algunos platos de forma r\u00e1pida y sencilla, porque sinceramente a veces no me apetece cocinar, otras veces cocinar para mi sola me da pereza o simplemente necesito preparar algo rico de forma r\u00e1pida para resolver el problema, y de ah\u00ed nacen todas mis recetas <em>&#8220;a la s&#8217;il vous plait&#8221;<\/em>, para los que nos le\u00e9is por primera vez y no conoc\u00e9is este termino, las recetas <em>&#8220;a la s&#8217;il vous plait&#8221;,<\/em> son esas recetas de platos tradicionales o m\u00e1s complicados que haces modificando el procedimiento de como cocinarlos o aquellas que haces <em>&#8220;con lo que tienes&#8221;<\/em> y que te ayudan a comer todos los d\u00edas de forma de forma saludable y sobre todo, <em>rico<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta de hoy tiene unos ingredientes sencillos, que son f\u00e1cilmente intercambiables por otros que teng\u00e1is a mano, cuya base es el arroz, yo en este caso he usado unos esp\u00e1rragos trigueros y unos boletus que siempre tengo congelados en el congelador, pero pod\u00e9is cambiar los boletus por unos champi\u00f1ones frescos o de lata y los esp\u00e1rragos trigueros por unos guisantes (frescos o de lata) y un brick de nata y un poco de parmesano (incluso del de bolsa) y listo, ya tenemos todo quitamos la piel a la cebolla, la partimos por la mitad y la reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Descongelamos los boletus, si son frescos los limpiamos bien con agua y los secamos con un papel, cortamos los esp\u00e1rragos por la parte que cruje y los metemos al microondas 1 minuto y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">En una cacerola ponemos un chorro de aceite y a\u00f1adimos el arroz, lo sofre\u00edmos hasta que blanquee, cuando est\u00e9 listo le a\u00f1adimos los 4 vasos de agua, ponemos la sal y la media cebolla en el centro con lo plano hacia abajo, lo dejamos cocer a fuego fuerte con la tapa puesta, hasta que se consuma el agua y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Mientras se hace el arroz, ponemos en una sart\u00e9n con fondo o en un wok un chorro de aceite y a\u00f1adimos los boletus y los sofre\u00edmos, cuando ya casi est\u00e9n a\u00f1adimos los esp\u00e1rragos y los sofre\u00edmos durante un par de minutos, cuando est\u00e9n a\u00f1adimos el arroz, el boletus en harina y el azafr\u00e1n le vamos dando vueltas suavemente para mezclarlo bien, a\u00f1adimos la nata y el parmesano y lo dejamos cocinar un para de minutos hasta que est\u00e9 bien mezclado.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div
