Creo que lo primero es presentarme, \u00bfno?, bueno pues soy <strong>Erika Blanco<\/strong> la Chef, cocinera, jefa de cocina o como quer\u00edas llamar a la que se pone a los mandos de los fogones del <strong>restaurante <a title=\"La Reuni\u00f3n Bar de Monta\u00f1a&amp;Restaurante\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lareunion.rest\/\" target=\"_blank\">La Reuni\u00f3n<\/a> en <\/strong>Manzanares el Real y herman\u00edsima de la due\u00f1a de este blog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando mi hermana me propuso que colaborara en el blog con alguna receta del bar, la verdad es que no lo tenia muy claro, <em>\u00bfyo escribiendo recetas al m\u00e1s puro estilo de los ganadores de Master Chef?<\/em>, pero las hermanas mayores son muy pesadas a veces y aqu\u00ed estoy escribiendo. Otro problema que me surg\u00eda era, <em>\u00bfy yo que receta escribo? <\/em>y como mi hermana es muy, pero que muy pesada, aqu\u00ed estoy escribiendo<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta receta de <strong>yogur con algas<\/strong> es postre creaci\u00f3n m\u00eda, la idea la tuve despu\u00e9s de que Fernando y yo fu\u00e9ramos a una feria gastron\u00f3mica en M\u00e1laga y asisti\u00e9ramos a un taller sobre <strong>cocina con algas <\/strong>que nos encant\u00f3, saqu\u00e9 muchas ideas para el restaurante, como usar agua de mar para cocinar algunos productos, usar algas, utilizar otras texturas como por ejemplo las espumas, y aunque aun estoy haciendo pruebas, por ejemplo varias ensaladas de algas, una de mejillones y otra de gambas, un tartar de at\u00fan y algas con una espuma y naturalmente el <strong>yogur con algas<\/strong>, todo muy rico pero lo que m\u00e1s nos gusto a todos fue el yogur, as\u00ed que lo tenemos en carta.<\/p>\n<p negras para los aperitivos que servimos con el Verm\u00fa y la verdad es que estaba delicioso, es lo que tiene un restaurante, hay que innovar d\u00eda a d\u00eda, sino los clientes se
