<em>Shanklish <\/em>(bolas de labneh curado) que le da su delicioso recubrimiento y en Om\u00e1n se prepara una tradicional bebida en la que se deja reposar el <strong>Za&#8217;atar <\/strong>en agua est\u00e9 lista, hacemos una bola con ella  la dejamos reposar en un bol con aceite o en un banet\u00f3n  poni\u00e9ndole papel film por encima para que no se ponga dura, durante 1 hora.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Cuando haya subido la masa, la dividimos en cuatro o cinco bolas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as y las aplastamos hasta que queden planas, no muy finas, y las ponemos en una bandeja de horno (usar papel de hornear o aceite para que no se pegue la masa).<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">En un recipiente peque\u00f1o ponemos dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva y mezclamos con el Za'atar, ayud\u00e1ndonos de una brocha untamos los panes con esta mezcla por toda la parte de arriba del pan, cuando est\u00e9n listas introducimos la bandeja en el horno a 220\u00ba durante unos 10-15 minutos (o hasta que est\u00e9n bien doradas)<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div
