Muchos os preguntareis la diferencia entre una <em>fondue<\/em> normal y una al estilo<strong> Savoyarde<\/strong>, pues realmente la \u00fanica que diferencia son los tipos de queso y el vino que vamos a usar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>foundue savoyarde<\/strong> es un plato tradicional de la gastronom\u00eda de la <em>Savoie<\/em> (Savoya), una zona bell\u00edsima situada al norte de los Alpes franceses, que se prepara a base de una mezcla de quesos de la zona como el comt\u00e9, el beaufort, el gruy\u00e8re o el emmental de la Savoie y pan. Es un plato que se prepara principalmente en la zona tur\u00edstica alpina durante la \u00e9poca de ski pero podemos encontrarlo por toda Francia y Suiza.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3008\" variantes de la <em>fondue<\/em>, tantas como tipos de quesos para preparar la mezcla, el vino, la cantidad de kirsch (licor de cereza) y con que se acompa\u00f1e (el pan, patata cocida, embutidos&#8230;), pero la receta de hoy os va ha encantar porque los <strong>boletus<\/strong> le dan a la mezcla de quesos un sabor incre\u00edble que os har\u00e1 querer mojar y mojar trozos de pan hasta reba\u00f1ar la <em>fondue<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>fondue savoyarde<\/strong> es perfecta para tomar con la familia o con los amigos, y aunque suele tomarse para cenar (las famosas <em>soir\u00e9e savoarde<\/em>, que son cenas donde se degusta la <em>fondue<\/em> y otros productos de la zona), se pone el recipiente de la fondue con el quemador en el centro de la mesa para compartir y se reparten platos con el pan y las viandas que los comensales van &#8220;mojando&#8221; en el queso, normalmente se acompa\u00f1a de una ensalada con una vinagreta de mostaza de Dij\u00f3n y para beber el vino blanco que hemos utilizado en la preparaci\u00f3n de la mezcla de quesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El truco principal de la f<em>ondue<\/em>, es que hay que a\u00f1adir maicena a la mezcla de quesos porque sino no liga y la textura no es nada agradable ya que el queso empieza a perder el suero, otro truco es a\u00f1adirle el kirsch que le da un toque
