{"id":2615,"date":"2015-10-21T10:44:08","date_gmt":"2015-10-21T08:44:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=2615"},"modified":"2015-10-21T10:44:08","modified_gmt":"2015-10-21T08:44:08","slug":"hummus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/hummus\/","title":{"rendered":"Hummus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>hummus<\/strong> ( en \u00e1rabe: <span xml:lang=\"ar\" lang=\"ar\">????<\/span>; en hebreo: <b>?????<\/b>; en griego, <b>???????<\/b>) es uno de los platos m\u00e1s sencillos y deliciosos de la cocina \u00e1rabe, es un plato perfecto para poner como entrante o para tomar como desayuno sobre una tostada de pan calentita, se puede tomar tanto durante la comida como en la cena seg\u00fan con lo que lo acompa\u00f1emos y es una forma estupenda de que los peques de la casa coman garbanzos y por supuesto una forma muy creativa de aprovechar los garbanzos que nos hayan sobrado del cocido o del cous-cous.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>hummus<\/strong> no es m\u00e1s ni menos que una crema que se realiza con garbanzos cocidos, zumo de lim\u00f3n y Tahina (una pasta que se hace con las semillas de s\u00e9samo), este entrante se come en todo Oriente Medio, principalmente en los pa\u00edses \u00e1rabes pero tambi\u00e9n en Grecia, Chipre o Israel, si bien la preparaci\u00f3n de este plato difiere bastante de un lugar a otro, su origen parece provenir del Antiguo Egipto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/hummus_40406664_s.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2646\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/hummus_40406664_s.jpg\" alt=\"hummus_40406664_s\" height=\"300\" width=\"450\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La preparaci\u00f3n de este plato como he comentado difiere mucho de un lugar a otro, si bien su base se realiza con los garbanzos cocidos, el zumo de lim\u00f3n y la <em>tahina<\/em>, y luego se a\u00f1aden ajo o especias como el comino, el cilantro o la alcaravea, incluso en algunas recetas se le a\u00f1ade yogur de tipo griego para darle cremosidad. La versi\u00f3n <strong>crud\u00edvora<\/strong> sustituiremos los garbanzos cocidos por germinado de garbanzos y tambi\u00e9n hay versiones europeas y americanas que incluyen aguacate o remolacha para darle color y sabor. La textura del pur\u00e9 resultante depende tambi\u00e9n de la zona o el cocinero, pasando desde un pure fin\u00edsimo a una mezcla en la que se notan los garbanzos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto al acompa\u00f1amiento del <strong>hummus<\/strong> es muy diverso, pero generalmente se acompa\u00f1a de pan de pita, aceitunas y es perfecto para acompa\u00f1ar &#8220;<em>crudites<\/em>&#8221; (verduras y hortalizas frescas) a modo de &#8220;<em>dip<\/em>&#8220;, incluso hay quien utiliza <em>los nachos<\/em> mexicanos para &#8220;<em>mojar<\/em>&#8220;. Pero yo he de reconocer que me encanta comerlo acompa\u00f1ado de <em>falafel<\/em> y pan de pita, una autentica delicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n    <div
