pasta de las que m\u00e1s me gustan, los<strong> espaguetis carbonara<\/strong>, pero la <strong>aut\u00e9ntica carbonara <\/strong>no cre\u00e1is que iba a aqu\u00ed a poneros la de mentira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta es una receta muy sencilla que har\u00e1 las delicias sobre todo de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y que os permitir\u00e1 preparar un plato de pasta en los que tarda en hacerse la pasta, simplemente teniendo siempre en la nevera un poco de panceta o bacon, huevos, queso parmesano y pimienta negra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero, \u00bfde donde viene la <strong>carbonara<\/strong>?, pues la carbonara es un plato italiano de pasta originario del <em>Lacio<\/em>, y m\u00e1s concretamente de <strong>Roma<\/strong> y se cree que el nombre proviene de la palabra italiana <em>carbone (<\/em>que significa carb\u00f3n), y que unos atribuyen el merito de su origen a un plato t\u00edpico de los elaboradores de carb\u00f3n en los <strong>Apeninos<\/strong> (<em>carbonari<\/em>) y otro a que se le dio ese nombre por el aspecto con la <a title=\"Comprar pimienta negra molida\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/pimientas\/60-comprar-pimienta-negra-de-tellicherry-molida.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>pimienta negra molida<\/strong><\/a> le da al plato, incluso hay quien cree que el nombre se lo dio un tal <em>Ippolito Cavalcanti<\/em> que era un escritor culinario napolitano, vamos que como en la mayor\u00eda de los or\u00edgenes de los los platos hay m\u00e1s de leyenda que de otra cosa y nadie se pone de acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo que si es bien cierto es, que la receta orinal de la carbonara est\u00e1 muy lejos de parecerse a lo que en la mayor\u00eda de los restaurantes italianos nos han puesto en el plato, y porque, porque la receta original no lleva nata o crema, no se\u00f1ores, la receta original esta compuesta de huevos, queso (<em>pecorino romano<\/em> o <em>parmesano<\/em>), aceite de oliva, pancetta o <a title=\"guanciale\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Guanciale\" target=\"_blank\">guanciale<\/a> y la pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida, en cuanto a la pasta a utilizar normalmente se utilizan los espaguetis pero a veces se usan fettuccine riatoni o bucatini para prepararlo.<\/p>\n<p siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Mientras en un bol batimos los 4 huevos reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Cuando la pasta est\u00e9 lista quitamos el agua de cocer y enfriamos un poco, en la misma olla donde hemos cocido la pasta ponemos de nuevo los espaguetis y a\u00f1adimos el huevo crudo, el queso rallado, la panceta y 4 o 5 cucharadas de aceite de oliva y lo mezclamos suavemente hasta obtener una crema.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">Cuando est\u00e9 servimos en el plato con abundante pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div yumprintitem=\"0\">El truco de este plato es que el huevo no cuaje, por lo que debemos tener cuidado de la temperatura que tiene la pasta antes de a\u00f1adirlo, es decir debe estar caliente para oportunidad de probar en muchos restaurantes esta se usa mucho, sobretodo por la sencillez de su preparaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n existen recetas en las que se incluye ajo, pero nunca lo encontrareis en una mesa italiana.
