{"id":2439,"date":"2015-05-25T18:59:00","date_gmt":"2015-05-25T16:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/scblog\/?p=2439"},"modified":"2016-06-29T20:27:40","modified_gmt":"2016-06-29T18:27:40","slug":"torrijas-de-baileys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/torrijas-de-baileys\/","title":{"rendered":"Torrijas de Baileys"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">Uno de los pocos postres que me salen bien son las <em>torrijas<\/em>, y las <strong>Torrijas de Baileys s<\/strong>on algo exquisito aun que son un postre \u00fanicamente para adultos, ya que el alcohol del licor baileys no se evapora, pero os puedo asegurar que son un autentico pecado, as\u00ed que ojito y moderaci\u00f3n cuando las com\u00e1is no os vay\u00e1is a poner ?chispitas??.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Empec\u00e9 a hacer <em>torrijas<\/em> hace muchos a\u00f1os, cuando mis hermanas eran peque\u00f1as y mi casa se llenaba todas las tardes de ordas de chavales a jugar y pasar la tarde all\u00ed dentro los d\u00edas de fr\u00edo y lluvia. Hacia barras y barras de pan hechas <em>torrijas<\/em> que devoraban mientras ve\u00edan la tele y jugaban a las cartas en el min\u00fasculo sal\u00f3n de mi casa, aquellas tardes rodeada de adolescentes y pre-adolescentes no las olvidar\u00e9 nunca, el cari\u00f1o que me daban y lo que me han hecho re\u00edr con sus ?<em>grandes problemas<\/em>?? y lo que he llorado con otros problemas m\u00e1s serios que no pod\u00eda solucionar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Para mi en cualquier caso, el ingrediente que no puede faltar en una torrija es la canela, yo uso <a title=\"Comprar Canela de ellas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El secreto de unas buenas t<em>orrijas<\/em> est\u00e1 en el empapado, que ha de ser el justo y necesario, si tiene poco se quedar\u00e1n duras y si tienen mucho se primero que deb\u00e9is hacer es poner en un cazo la leche, el baileys y la ramita de canela a calentar, pero que no llegue a herbir.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Mientras cortamos la barra de pan en rodajas de unos 2 o 3 cent\u00edmetros de ancho (que no sean muy gordas) y las reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">En una fuente grande que tenga un poco de fondo a\u00f1adimos 1 dedo de la leche y el baileys y colocamos encima los trozos de pan y a\u00f1adimos por encima un poco m\u00e1s de leche y baileys, lo dejamos un par de minutos para que se empape bien y las damos la vuelta con cuidado para que no se rompan, le a\u00f1adimos el resto de la leche y las dejamos que se empapen otro par de minutos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Mientras batimos los dos huevos en un plato hondo y ponemos a calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n honda y en un plato llano ponemos el az\u00facar con la canela , cuando est\u00e9 muy caliente, rebozamos las torrijas por el huevo y las fre\u00edmos en la sart\u00e9n por ambos lados (que queden doraditas).<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">Cuando est\u00e9n las sacamos y pasamos el az\u00facar con canela y las dejamos reposar al menos una hora en una
