{"id":1780,"date":"2016-05-27T10:30:37","date_gmt":"2016-05-27T08:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.comprarespecias.com\/?p=1780"},"modified":"2016-05-27T09:27:03","modified_gmt":"2016-05-27T07:27:03","slug":"bocaditos-de-calabacin-con-patata-al-cabrales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/bocaditos-de-calabacin-con-patata-al-cabrales\/","title":{"rendered":"Bocaditos de calabac\u00edn con patata al cabrales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traigo una receta deliciosa si os gusta el queso, son unos <strong>Bocaditos de calabacin con patata al cabrales,<\/strong> pero con el toque de casa, ya sab\u00e9is que los platos hay que adaptarlos a nuestro gusto, sino no <em>&#8220;triunfan&#8221;<\/em> en casa, es una delicia perfecta para un aperitivo o un entrante, sencillo y de sabor delicado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>calabac\u00edn<\/strong> (<em>cucurbita pepo<\/em>) es el fruto de una planta rastrera originaria de Centroamerica, su cascara es lisa y dura y su color y tama\u00f1o varia seg\u00fan la variedad, lo bueno que tiene el calabac\u00edn es que es una hortaliza que contiene mucha <em>agua<\/em> (un 93% aprox.) y es rica en minerales como el <em>potasio<\/em>, en <em>vitamina C<\/em> y <em>?-carotenos<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es perfecto para utilizarlo en pur\u00e9s, a mi y a los enanos nos encanta el <strong>pur\u00e9 de calabac\u00edn<\/strong> con quesitos, en tempura o a la plancha, incluso tiene un sabor delicioso en crudo por lo que se puede tomar en ensaladas o como &#8220;crudite&#8221; para mojar en diversas salsas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.comprarespecias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/calabacines_huerto_600_wm.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1781\" src=\"http:\/\/www.comprarespecias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/calabacines_huerto_600_wm.jpg\" alt=\"calabacines_huerto_600_wm\" height=\"360\" width=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/calabacines_huerto_600_wm.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/calabacines_huerto_600_wm-290x290.jpg 290w, https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/calabacines_huerto_600_wm-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/calabacines_huerto_600_wm-50x50.jpg 50w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Los ingredientes de esta receta son muy sencillos, <strong>calabac\u00edn<\/strong>, patata y queso de Cabrales, o un queso similar. No hay que usar mucho queso de Cabrales, ya que es muy fuerte, por lo que es una receta adem\u00e1s de muy rica resulta econ\u00f3mica, sencilla de preparar y muy vistosa.<\/p>\n<p>Los rollitos son perfectos tanto para un aperitivo como para acompa\u00f1ar un plato de salm\u00f3n a la plancha o simplemente como entrante. En la cacerola ponemos los calabacines en una vaporera (un artilugio de esos para hacer alimentos al vapor) y los hacemos al vapor 3 o 4 min.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Una vez listos los dejamos en un papel absorbente o en un trapito de lino para que suelten un poco el agua y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">Cortamos la cu\u00f1a de cabrales en cuadraditos peque\u00f1os y reservamos.
