itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">En primer lugar troceamos los 500 gr. calabaza en taquitos no muy grandes, as\u00ed tarda menos en cocerse, lavamos bien los 2 puerros y los cortamos en rodajitas finas y reservamos ambos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">En una olla ponemos las dos cucharadas de mantequilla y un chorrito de aceite, a\u00f1adimos los puerros en rodajas y lo \"pochamos\" a fuego lento hasta que empiece a estar transparente, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos las almendra y las rehogamos un poco, cuando est\u00e9 bien mezclado y empiece a soltar olorcito, a\u00f1adimos el amareto, le damos una vuelta y a\u00f1adimos la calabaza en taquitos, rehogamos un poco y le a\u00f1adimos el litro de caldo de verduras.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Dejamos que cueza hasta que la calabaza est\u00e9 muy blandita, retiramos del fuego y trituramos bien para que quede muy finita, si os gusta que no tenga ni un grumo pod\u00e9is pasarla por un colador, cuando est\u00e9 triturada le a\u00f1adimos la nata (de esta forma pod\u00e9is ajustar lo espesa que os gusta la crema) y mezclamos bien.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-note-section\" yumprintsection=\"2\">\t\t\t<div
