Es nuestro sexto d\u00eda de reclusi\u00f3n hogare\u00f1a y aunque nosotros lo notamos poco porque la casa es grande y tenemos un buen jard\u00edn, yo trabajo desde casa, si necesitamos encontrar alguna que otra actividad para hacer con los peques que no sean tareas del cole y jugar, y nos hemos decantado por arreglos en el jard\u00edn y cocinar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta es super secilla y super cal\u00f3rica, todo hay que decirlo, no vaya a pillarnos el <em>&#8220;apocalipsis zombie&#8221;<\/em> con las reservas bajas (hay que ponerle un poquito de humor al tema), por lo que es perfecta para preparar en casa y nosotros de momento no hemos tenido problemas con los ingredientes, que ya estaban en casa desde hace tiempo, salvo los huevos.<\/p>\n<div piso que aqu\u00ed en el campo, pero pod\u00e9is hacer peque\u00f1as cosas para que el tiempo se haga un poco menos largo, como cocinar todos juntos, preparar una obra de teatro o una coreograf\u00eda, inventar un juego, hacer experimentos, cultivar legumbres, hacer un diario con la experiencia&#8230; hay que ser creativos, yo como madre de dos fieras (8 y 4 a\u00f1os) s\u00e9 que no es f\u00e1cil ser mama\/papa, estar teletrabajando, hacer de profe y mantener los nervios en un espacio peque\u00f1o donde todos estamos aburridos pero podemos intentar hacerlo lo m\u00e1s ameno posible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No os voy a hablar de datos, de recomendaciones ni nada por el estilo sobre este tema, para eso est\u00e1n los profesionales, solo pediros empat\u00eda
