{"id":4869,"date":"2020-02-17T11:01:46","date_gmt":"2020-02-17T10:01:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=4869"},"modified":"2020-02-17T11:57:07","modified_gmt":"2020-02-17T10:57:07","slug":"pollo-vindaloo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/pollo-vindaloo\/","title":{"rendered":"Pollo Vindaloo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traigo una receta india que proviene, aunque no os lo cre\u00e1is, de Portugal, el <strong>Pollo Vindaloo<\/strong>, un plato muy picante y delicioso que har\u00e1 las delicias de los amantes del <strong>curry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>pollo vindaloo<\/strong> o <strong>vindalho<\/strong> tiene como origen un plato portugu\u00e9s a base de cerdo llamado <em>vinhadalhos<\/em> que se preparaba marin\u00e1ndolo en vino y ajo, de ah\u00ed su nombre&nbsp;<em>&#8220;vinha d&#8217;alho&#8221;<\/em>. Los portugueses llevaron este plato a <em>Goa<\/em> (en la costa occidental) que fue colonia portuguesa desde 1509 hasta 1961.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta de este plato se fue adaptando al paladar indio a\u00f1adiendo especias y chili, de forma que fue extendi\u00e9ndose su consumo por todo el pa\u00eds, de echo est\u00e1 considerado como el <strong>rey de los currys<\/strong> por su extremado picante. En la India se prepara con cordero o pollo, pero tambi\u00e9n podemos encontrarlo preparado con cerdo, verduras, ternera, etc., sobre todo en restaurante occidentales. El truco de este plato es que la base, el cordero o el pollo, se deja marinando con las especias, de ah\u00ed su intenso sabor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <em>mezcla de especias<\/em> que se utiliza para preparar el plato une de forma deliciosa especias t\u00edpicas de la India como el <a title=\"Cardamomo negro\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/asiatica\/296-comprar-cardamomo-negro.html\" target=\"_blank\">cardamomo negro<\/a>, la <a title=\"Canela de Ceylan\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/internacional\/260-comprar-canela-de-ceylan-en-rama.html\" target=\"_blank\">canela de ceylan<\/a>, el <a title=\"Fenogreco\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/india\/210-comprar-fenogreco.html\" target=\"_blank\">fenogreco<\/a>, el <a title=\"Jengibre\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/asiatica\/54-comprar-jengibre.html\" target=\"_blank\">jengibre<\/a>, la <a title=\"Pimienta negra Tellichelly\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/pimientas\/61-comprar-pimienta-negra-de-tellicherry.html\" target=\"_blank\">pimienta negra de Tellichelly<\/a> y la <a title=\"Mostaza amarilla polvo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-mediterranea\/32-comprar-semillas-de-mostaza-en-polvo.html\" target=\"_blank\">mostaza amarilla<\/a>, y otras de influencia portuguesa como el <a title=\"Ajo granulado\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-mediterranea\/223-comprar-ajo-granulado.html\">ajo<\/a>, la <a title=\"Cayena molida India\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/india\/73-comprar-cayena-molida-tipo-india.html\" target=\"_blank\">cayena<\/a>, el <a title=\"Comino molido\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-mediterranea\/26-comprar-comino-molido.html\" target=\"_blank\">comino<\/a>, la <a title=\"Cebolla en escamas\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/internacional\/146-comprar-cebolla-en-escamas.html\" target=\"_blank\">cebolla<\/a> y el <a title=\"Azafr\u00e1n\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-espanola\/68-comprar-azafran.html\" target=\"_blank\">azafr\u00e1n<\/a>, esto mezclado con un poco de vinagre, se utiliza para marinar la carne para preparar el <strong>Vindaloo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si de verdad os gusta el picante os recomiendo que cambi\u00e9is la cayena por un <a title=\"Chile Naga\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/india\/268-comprar-chile-naga.html\" target=\"_blank\">chile Naga<\/a> (2 si sois verdaderos amantes del picante), son extremadamente picantes (<strong>Scoville 10 &#8211; 50g<\/strong>), por lo que&nbsp; os recomiendo que lo us\u00e9is con cuidado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este plato suele acompa\u00f1arse de arroz basmati y raita (que es una salsa a base de pepino y yogur), que ayuda a refrescar el sabor tan picante de este plato, tambi\u00e9n es habitual acompa\u00f1arlo con los deliciosos <a title=\"Papadum\"
