Hoy os traigo un plato de <em>Gambia<\/em>, la <strong>Domoda<\/strong> o <strong>Domada<\/strong>, un estofado a base de pollo o ternera que est\u00e1 considerado el plato nacional de Gambia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gambia<\/strong> es un pa\u00eds de \u00c1frica muy peculiar, su principal caracter\u00edstica es que se haya totalmente rodeado por Senegal, excepto en la parte de la desembocadura del rio Gambia en la costa Atl\u00e1ntica y es a la ribera de este r\u00edo a trav\u00e9s del cual discurre no solo el pa\u00eds sino la vida de sus habitantes. Su capital es la ciudad de <em>Bajul<\/em>, sin embargo es <em>Serekunda<\/em> la ciudad m\u00e1s grande de todo Gambia. Gambia fue una colonia primero Portuguesa y luego de Reino unido hasta su independencia de este \u00faltimo en febrero de 1965. Entre las verduras, fruta y hortalizas encontramos la calabaza, el boniato, el ma\u00edz, la cebolla, la papaya, el tomate, el mango, la <a title=\"Comprar combaba\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/asiatica\/266-comprar-lima-kaffir-en-venta.html\" target=\"_blank\">combaba<\/a> (lima kaffir), el <strong><a title=\"Comprar lalo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/comprar-cocina-africana\/241-comprar-lalo-verde.html\" target=\"_blank\">lalo <\/a><\/strong>(hojas de baobab), el <strong><a title=\"Comprar Okra\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/comprar-cocina-africana\/242-comprar-okra-en-polvo.html\" target=\"_blank\">okra<\/a><\/strong>, el <strong>Bouye<\/strong> (pulpa del fruto del Baobab) y muchas otras m\u00e1s. En cuanto a las especias m\u00e1s utilizadas podemos encontrar los chiles, el <a title=\"Comprar Nkanifi\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/comprar-cocina-africana\/243-comprar-nkanifi-pimienta-africana.html\" target=\"_blank\">nkanifi <\/a>(pimienta larga africana), el ajo, el perejil, etc., as\u00ed como mezclas de especias como la <a title=\"Comprar Yassa \" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/comprar-cocina-africana\/335-comprar-yassa.html\" target=\"_blank\">Yassa<\/a> que
