{"id":4717,"date":"2019-07-26T12:45:37","date_gmt":"2019-07-26T10:45:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=4717"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:32:19","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:32:19","slug":"tzatziki","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/tzatziki\/","title":{"rendered":"Tzatziki"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy tenemos una receta muy sencilla, el <strong>Tzatziki<\/strong> (se pronuncia <em>&#8220;salsiki&#8221;<\/em> m\u00e1s o menos), una salsa t\u00edpica de la cocina griega y de la cocina turca que resulta perfecta para acompa\u00f1ar platos de carne o simplemente para mojar pan de pita o <em>&#8220;crudites&#8221;<\/em> sin poder parar y a mi personalmente me encanta poner un poco por encima de mis <a title=\"Receta de Falafel\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/falafel\/\" target=\"_blank\">falafel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>tzatziki<\/strong> es la versi\u00f3n griega de un plato de la cocina turca tradicional que se llama <em>Cacik<\/em>, que es una especie de sopa fr\u00eda que se toma en verano a base de yogur, pepino, agua y ajo y que se decora con eneldo y otras especias. Tambi\u00e9n podemos encontrar otro plato similar, aunque se toma como una bebida, en la cocina balc\u00e1nica, sobre todo en Bulgaria y Albania que se llama <em>Tarator<\/em> y que se prepara a base de yogur, pepino, agua, ajos tiernos, nueces, eneldo, perejil y un chorro de aceite de oliva y que se sirve fr\u00edo en un cuenco como un refresco en los calurosos d\u00edas de verano. Otro plato similar, esta vez de la cocina Iran\u00ed y Sefard\u00ed es el <em>Djadjik<\/em> que se prepara a base de yogur Kefir, pepino, cebolla, lim\u00f3n, menta, sal y pimienta, y que como en los casos anteriores esta sopa se toma bien fr\u00eda.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como todos sab\u00e9is y yo siempre os digo, los platos tradicionales se preparan de muchas formas y que su preparaci\u00f3n depende de qui\u00e9n lo prepare y sus gustos, pero bien es verdad que suelen tener unos ingredientes base, que en el caso del <strong>tzatziki<\/strong> son el yogur tipo griego, pepinos, ajo, menta, sal y aceite de oliva, luego pod\u00e9is encontrar gente que le a\u00f1ade lim\u00f3n o vinagre, perejil, eneldo, pimienta&#8230; pero eso ya va en gustos, a mi por ejemplo me gusta la receta m\u00e1s b\u00e1sica y no le a\u00f1ado nada m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>tzatziki<\/strong> se toma en Grecia como acompa\u00f1amiento de platos de carne o como aperitivo junto a unos trozos de pan tipo pita y unas aceitunas. A mi por ejemplo me gusta ponerlo junto con un plato de <a title=\"Receta de Hummus\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\">hummus<\/a> y de <em>guacamole<\/em> con unos <em>crudites<\/em> y nachos en las cenas de verano con los amigos o la familia, a los enanos les encanta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y ahora os dejo la receta del
