bacon y queso <\/strong>r\u00e1pida y deliciosa, una receta que sobre todo a las mam\u00e1s que como yo hay noches que ya no sabe que poner en la mesa y esta &#8220;muerta mat\u00e1&#8221; y necesita preparar algo r\u00e1pido y que los canijos se quieran comer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>quiche<\/strong> es un tipo de pastel salado que procede de Francia (<em>quiche lorraine<\/em>) y que se elabora principalmente a base de huevos, leche, crema de leche espesa (migaine) y que se mezcla con verduras, carnes y embutidos y con la que se rellena un molde con pasta quebrada, luego se cocina en el horno hasta que cuaja el huevo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>quiche<\/strong> acepta en el relleno pr\u00e1cticamente cualquier cosa por lo que pod\u00e9is a\u00f1adir vuestros productos favoritos, como pimientos, puerros, champi\u00f1ones, salchichas, butifarra, jam\u00f3n, calabac\u00edn, carne picada, quesos de todo tipo&#8230; y as\u00ed hasta el infinito y m\u00e1s all\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La palabra <strong>quiche<\/strong> proviene de la palabra <i>K\u00fcche <\/i>en loren\u00e9s, un dialecto que se habla en la regi\u00f3n de <a title=\"Lorena (Francia)\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lorena_(Francia)\">Lorena<\/a> en el noreste de Francia (que hace frontera con Alemania) y este t\u00e9rmino deriva a su vez del alem\u00e1n <i>Kuchen<\/i> (pastel).&nbsp; La receta de la <strong>quiche<\/strong> original la<i> quiche lorraine<\/i> proviene de esta regi\u00f3n de Lorena y aparece por primera vez en el a\u00f1o 1605 en la ciudad de <em>Nancy<\/em>, la receta de est\u00e1 tarta consist\u00eda en un pastel saldo que se prepara en un molde con masa brisa sobre el que se a\u00f1ade nata y
