Es un plato con un sabor a curry diferente ya que no solo no lleva la tan usada c\u00farcuma de los currys indios sino que adem\u00e1s la mezcla de especias para el <a title=\"Comrprar Curry de Pakistan\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/mezclas-asiaticas\/371-comprar-curry-de-pakistan.html\" target=\"_blank\">Curry de Pakinst\u00e1n<\/a> tiene ingredientes tan diferentes como el c<a title=\"Comprar comino negro\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/india\/269-comprar-comino-negro-nigella.html\" target=\"_blank\">omino negr<\/a>o (nigella) o el <a title=\"Comprar cardamomo negro\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/asiatica\/296-comprar-cardamomo-negro.html\" target=\"_blank\">cardamomo negro<\/a> entre sus ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <em>cocina pakistan\u00ed<\/em> es muy parecida a la hind\u00fa aunque mucho menos especiada, la principal diferencia se basa en los ingredientes ya que Pakist\u00e1n es un pa\u00eds musulm\u00e1n, en cualquier caso la gastronom\u00eda pakistan\u00ed est\u00e1 llena de currys y masalas, su plato m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sico y conocido es sin duda el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/pollo-tandoori\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>pollo tandoori<\/strong><\/a>, que es una brocheta aderezada con especias (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/india\/207-comprar-tandoori-massala.html\" target=\"_blank\">tandoori masala<\/a>) y que se prepara en un horno circular denominado<em> Tandoor<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <em>curry pakistan\u00ed<\/em> se diferencia de los currys indios, como os dec\u00eda m\u00e1s arriba, principalmente en los ingredientes pero tambi\u00e9n en que generalmente no se preparan a base de nata o leche de coco, sino que suelen cocinarse en el tomate triturado, el caldo o incluso con yogur. Los ingredientes principales de estos currys son el cordero,&nbsp;el pollo y las verduras, pero sobre todo el cordero, en cualquier caso es una cocina deliciosa y muy arom\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">Para preparar este curry vamos a usar uno de los packs de especias de <strong>Spices Cave <\/strong>para preparar la <em>mezcla de especias<\/em> para el<strong> Curry de Pakist\u00e1n. <\/strong>Esta <em>mezcla de especias<\/em> tiene un picante medio y es muy arom\u00e1tica, con toques dulces y c\u00edtricos por la canela y el jengibre.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p
