{"id":4572,"date":"2018-06-13T09:00:57","date_gmt":"2018-06-13T07:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=4572"},"modified":"2018-06-06T15:11:00","modified_gmt":"2018-06-06T13:11:00","slug":"bhelpuri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/bhelpuri\/","title":{"rendered":"Bhelpuri: un entrante indio delicioso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me encanta la cocina india y no pod\u00eda pasar sin traer al blog esta receta, el <strong>Bhelpuri<\/strong>, un plato a base de arroz inflado, verduras y salsa de tamarindo picante que se suele preparar en los puestos callejeros de Bombay y que es delicioso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Bhelpuri<\/strong> es originario de Bombay, aunque podemos encontrarlo por pr\u00e1cticamente toda la india, adaptado eso s\u00ed a los productos de la zona, donde en algunos casos cambia de nombre como Calcuta recibe el nombre de <em>Jhaal Muri<\/em>, en Mysore (de donde procede nuestro <a title=\"Comprar cardamomo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/asiatica\/171-comprar-cardamomo-verde.html\" target=\"_blank\">Cardamomo<\/a>) se conoce al entrante como <em>Churumuri<\/em>. Tambi\u00e9n podemos encontrar una variedad &#8220;seca&#8221; de este plato que se conoce como <em>Bhadang<\/em> y que se adereza con cebolla, cilantro y zumo de lim\u00f3n fresco.<\/p>\n<p <strong>bhelpuri<\/strong> es el arroz inflado al que se le a\u00f1aden ingredientes diversos pero principalmente patata, cebolla, tomate y diferentes aperitivos fritos (trozos de <em>puri<\/em> frito) al que se le a\u00f1ade <a title=\"Comprar Chaat masala\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/india\/364-comprar-chaat-masala.html\" target=\"_blank\">chaat masala<\/a> y chutneis como el de mango o el de tamarindo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de este plato es hacer el <a title=\"Receta de Arroz Inflado\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/arroz-inflado\/\" target=\"_blank\">arroz inflado<\/a>, ya os cont\u00e9 como hacerlo, una vez superado el escollo lo de m\u00e1s es echar cosas por encima, por lo que es un entrante sencillo que os puede solucionar m\u00e1s de un aprieto en casa, adem\u00e1s a los peques si no le pon\u00e9is picante, o no mucho, les encantar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p
