Goreng"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traigo una receta tradicional Indonesia, el <strong>Ayam Goreng<\/strong>, este plato que literalmente significa <em>?pollo frito??<\/em> es un plato de pollo adobado en especias que se hace frito en aceite de coco&nbsp; y que tiene un ex\u00f3tico e intenso sabor gracias a la mezcla de especias, el <em>Ayam Indonesio<\/em>, este es un plato perfecto para un picoteo y a los chavales les encanta porque solo pica un poquito y es ligeramente dulce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La mezcla de especias que se utiliza para marinar los trozos de pollo del <strong>Ayam Goreng<\/strong> var\u00eda de una regi\u00f3n a otra pero siempre es deliciosa, a la marinada para adobar el pollo hay que a\u00f1adirle adem\u00e1s de las especias que incluye el <em>Ayam Indonesio<\/em>, pasta de tamarindo, az\u00facar moreno y otras cositas que os cuento en la receta, y el tiempo de marinado no son mas de 15&nbsp; o 2o minutos pero cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo est\u00e9 m\u00e1s rico y m\u00e1s tierno estar\u00e1 y luego solo hay que fre\u00edrlo en aceite muy caliente de coco o de girasol (para que no coja mucho sabor) hasta que est\u00e9 crujiente y dorado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Ayam goreng<\/strong> suele acompa\u00f1arse de arroz al vapor, rodajas de pepino y tomate crudo y como salsa para acompa\u00f1ar, <a title=\"Sambal terasi\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/sambal-terasi\/\" target=\"_blank\">sambal
