{"id":4525,"date":"2018-05-18T09:00:43","date_gmt":"2018-05-18T07:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=4525"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:34:41","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:34:41","slug":"bulgogi-coreano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/bulgogi-coreano\/","title":{"rendered":"Bulgogi Coreano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traigo un plato coreano muy antiguo y sencillo de comer, el <strong>Bulgogi<\/strong> (en <a title=\"Idioma coreano\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Idioma_coreano\">coreano<\/a> ????), este plato que naci\u00f3 en la corte coreana durante la era <em>Goguryeo<\/em> (entre el 37 a.C. y el 668 d. C.) ha ido evolucionando a lo largo de los siglos y ha pasado de ser un plato de nobles y ricos a poder encontrarlo en cualquier puesto de comida de Corea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>bulgogi<\/strong> se prepara a base de carne de ternera, preferiblemente de solomillo, cortadas en tiras y maridada en una salsa a base de soja, az\u00facar moreno, vinagre de arroz y la mezcla de <a title=\"Comprar Bulgogi\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/mezclas-asiaticas\/359-comprar-bulgogi.html\" target=\"_blank\">especias bulgogi<\/a> que se deja reposar y luego se prepara a fuego muy, muy fuerte en una parrila o una sart\u00e9n y que se acompa\u00f1a con verduras salteadas y arroz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4532\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4532\" style=\"width: 465px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/bulgogi.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-4532\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/bulgogi.jpg\" alt=\"Bulgogi Mezcla\" width=\"465\" height=\"465\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/bulgogi.jpg 600w, http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/bulgogi-290x290.jpg 290w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 465px) 100vw, 465px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4532\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredientes de la mezcla para Bulgogi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podemos encontrar otras variedades de <strong>Bulgogi<\/strong> que se preparan con pollo y que se denomina <strong>Dak bulgogi<\/strong> o con carne de cerdo, el <strong>dweji bulgogi<\/strong>, en cualquier caso es un plato muy sencillo de preparar y que es perfecto para cualquier comida o una cena r\u00e1pida o para llevar de tupper al trabajo, ya que solo hay que acompa\u00f1arlo con un poco de arroz para tener un plato completo y delicioso. Los vegetarianos pod\u00e9is utilizar <strong>seitan<\/strong> para preparar este plato y os aseguro que os va ha encantar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El truco de este plato es la <em>marinada<\/em> en la que debemos dejar reposando la carne o el seitan y que hace que la carne, en este caso, quede jugosa, tierna y para nada grasienta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y a yumprintitem=\"7\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">3 cucharadas de az\u00facar moreno<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"8\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">2 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz (mirin)<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"9\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 o 2 cucharadas de mezcla de especias <a itemprop=\"ingredients\">5 cucharadas de manzana roja rallada (1\/2 manzana Royal Gala, Pink lady o Fuji)<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-method-section\" yumprintsection=\"1\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Instrucciones<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Lo primero que haremos ser\u00e1 preparar la marinada, para ello pondremos en un bol grande, la soja, el az\u00facar moreno, el vinagre de arroz (mirin), la mezcla de especias <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/mezclas-asiaticas\/359-comprar-bulgogi.html\"> Bulgogi <\/a> y la manzana roja rallada, removemos bien para que se mezclen todos los ingredientes y se disuelva el az\u00facar y el jengibre y metemos la carne procurando que se cubra lo m\u00e1s posible (podemos a\u00f1adir un poco de agua) y dejamos que repose al menos 20 o 25 minutos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Mientras cortamos la cebolletas chinas en rodajas de un cent\u00edmetro m\u00e1s o menos y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Cuando est\u00e9 la carne la escurrimos bien, aprovechando para colar el caldo y reservarlo.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Ponemos en una sart\u00e9n a fuego muy fuerte y a\u00f1adimos un par de cucharadas o tres de aceite, cuando est\u00e9 muy caliente a\u00f1adimos la carne con cuidado y rehogamos durante 2 minutos, a\u00f1adimos la cebolleta china y rehogamos 5 minutos m\u00e1s, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos el caldo de la marinada y dejamos que se haga la carne a fuego muy fuerte 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-note-section\" yumprintsection=\"2\">\t\t\t<div
