{"id":4429,"date":"2018-04-20T09:00:15","date_gmt":"2018-04-20T07:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=4429"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:35:41","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:35:41","slug":"musaka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/musaka\/","title":{"rendered":"Musaka: lasa\u00f1a de berengena griega"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>Musaka<\/strong> es un plato tradicional de la cocina griega, pero que la podemos encontrar en todos los Balcanes y Oriente Medio con otros nombres y que se prepara de la misma forma y con ingredientes similares pero que en lugar de con las t\u00edpicas l\u00e1minas de pasta que separan las capas del relleno de la lasa\u00f1a, se utilizan laminas de berenjena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta receta no tiene complicaci\u00f3n ninguna, es muy sencilla, el \u00fanico truco que tiene y que yo prefiero hacerlo as\u00ed, es que en lugar de hacer las rodajas de berenjena fritos las prepar\u00e9is asadas, as\u00ed tienen mucho menos aceite y a mi sinceramente me gusta mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta original de la <strong>musaka<\/strong> griega se prepara con carne de cordero picada, pero pod\u00e9is usar la carne que prefir\u00e1is, o incluso pod\u00e9is hacer la versi\u00f3n vegana o de <em>&#8220;cuaresma&#8221;<\/em> que se prepara all\u00ed y que en lugar de carne utiliza calabac\u00edn y champi\u00f1ones para el relleno. A los que os gusta la berenjena sab\u00e9is que es un producto que combina muy bien con otros alimentos por lo que no es raro que os encontr\u00e9is no solo musaka de carne o vegetales sino tambi\u00e9n de pescado o mariscos, est\u00e1 deliciosa la que se prepara con merluza y gambas por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta original de <strong>musaka<\/strong> utiliza canela y la menta en el relleno y cuyo aroma hace que con el primer bocado este plato nos demuestre que toda la cocina del Mediterr\u00e1neo est\u00e1 interconectada y que beben unas de otras A\u00f1adimos la leche sin dejar de remover hasta que quitamos los grumos totalmente (si se os resiste hacerlo con la batidora). Cuando est\u00e9 sin grumos dejamos que se cocine durante 15 minutos a fuego medio removiendo a menudo para que no se hagan grumos. Rectificamos de sal y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">En una bandeja para horno ponemos las berenjenas y las metemos en el horno con un chorrito de aceite y dejamos que se hagas por una cara durante 10 minutos a 180 o 200\u00ba C y les damos la vuelta, les a\u00f1adimos otro chorrito de aceite por encima y horneamos otros 8 o 10 minutos. Cuando est\u00e9n listas las sacamos y dejamos reposar.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Picamos la cebolla muy picadita y reservamos, pelamos el tomate y cortamos en cuadrados como de 1 o 2 cm y reservamos. En una sart\u00e9n ponemos un chorro de aceite de oliva y a\u00f1adimos la cebolla, la cocinamos durante 3 o 4 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 transparente, a\u00f1adimos el tomate y lo cocinamos removiendo constantemente durante 10 minutos, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos la carne, la canela, la menta y rectificamos de sal y cocinamos 5 minutos a fuego medio. Cuando est\u00e9 lo retiramos del fuego y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">En un recipiente para horno hondo y alargado ponemos en el fondo una capa de berenjenas, sobre ella ponemos la carne, otra capa de berenjena, otra capa de carne y finalmente otra de berenjena.
