La Kava es la bebida nacional de Fiji hecha triturando la ra\u00edz de la planta de la pimienta que all\u00ed recibe el nombre de <em>kawa<\/em> y que se toma en una ceremonia tradicional denominada est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos las berenjenas, el pl\u00e1tano, el tomate triturado, la leche de coco y si es necesario un poco de agua hasta cubrir, rectificamos de sal, ponemos una tapa y dejamos cocinar 15 minutos o hasta que la berenjena y el pl\u00e1tano est\u00e9n blanditos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Cuando queden 5 minutos de cocci\u00f3n
