tartar de buey et\u00edope"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traigo una rareza, una receta para adentrarnos en la cocina africana sin arriesgar mucho, y es que el <strong>kifto<\/strong> (o <em>ketfo<\/em>) eti\u00f3pe es una extraordinaria forma de degustar la cocina de estas ex\u00f3ticas tierras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>kifto<\/strong> o <em>ketfo<\/em> es un plato tradicional de la cocina et\u00edope que no es m\u00e1s ni menos que una especie de tartar de carne picada de buey, vaca o ternera que se sirve caliente y marinada en una mezcla de especias conocida como <a title=\"Comprar Mitmita\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/mezclas\/342-comprar-mitmita.html\" target=\"_blank\">Mitmita<\/a> y que pod\u00e9is preparar siguiendo la receta que tenemos en la p\u00e1gina de esta mezcla en Spices Cave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Kifto<\/strong> es una plato picante y suele servirse acompa\u00f1ado o mezclado con un tipo de queso tierno que se denomina <em>Ayib<\/em> (<a title=\"preparar ayib\" href=\"http:\/\/www.girlcooksworld.com\/2011\/11\/ayib-fresh-ethiopian-cheese.html\" target=\"_blank\">aqu\u00ed<\/a> os dejo una receta en ingl\u00e9s de como prepararlo en casa) y verduras de hoja cocidas o <em>gomen<\/em> (b\u00e1sicamente hojas de acelgas y kale cocidas y rehogadas con ajo), se acompa\u00f1a con <em>Injera<\/em> que es tipo de pan al estilo de las tortillas mexicanas que se hace con harina de <em>teff<\/em> (un cereal africano), si bien en la cocina m\u00e1s tradicional se emplea unas tortillas de pan m\u00e1s gruesas denominadas <em>kocho <\/em>y que se hacen con harina
