{"id":3817,"date":"2017-05-24T13:39:58","date_gmt":"2017-05-24T11:39:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3817"},"modified":"2017-05-24T13:39:58","modified_gmt":"2017-05-24T11:39:58","slug":"ensalada-templada-de-berros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/ensalada-templada-de-berros\/","title":{"rendered":"Ensalada templada de berros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pues a llegado el calor y de &#8220;sopet\u00f3n&#8221; adem\u00e1s, as\u00ed que vamos a aprovechar a preparar una deliciosa <strong>Ensalada templada de berros<\/strong>, patata y setas, una delicia que seguro que os viene de perlas para preparar una cena o una comida r\u00e1pida cualquier d\u00eda de estos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta ensalada es perfecta tanto para tomarla como plato \u00fanico como para acompa\u00f1ar una carne o un pescado a la plancha, ya que es contundente, adem\u00e1s los ingredientes son f\u00e1cilmente intercambiables por otros, por lo que pod\u00e9is adaptarla a los gustos de vuestra casa o a los productos de la temporada sin ning\u00fan problema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los ingredientes son sencillos, berros, patata asada, setas o champi\u00f1ones y queso tipo gorgonzola, yo he usado gorgonzola dulce porque me resulta m\u00e1s suave y me gusta el toque que le da, pero pod\u00e9is usar queso azul o cabrales o incluso queso de cabra o feta. Los berros si no os gustan, pod\u00e9is cambiarlos por lechuga rizada, espinacas, radicchio, r\u00facula, hojas de remolacha&#8230;vamos que la variedad es casi infinita. Cuando est\u00e9n las dejamos que se \"atemperen\" y cuando ya no quemen las cortamos en gajos y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Mientras se hacen las patatas, ponemos una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite y doramos las setas, cuando est\u00e9n listas las sacamos y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">En un bol ponemos los berros, la patata y las setas, a\u00f1adimos el aceite, el vinagre y la Flor de Sal a la naranja y pimienta rosa y mezclamos con cuidado de no romper la patata ni las setas.
