{"id":3803,"date":"2017-05-19T09:00:01","date_gmt":"2017-05-19T07:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3803"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:38:15","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:38:15","slug":"aji-de-maracuya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/aji-de-maracuya\/","title":{"rendered":"Aj\u00ed de Maracuy\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traigo una salsa deliciosa de <em>Ecuador<\/em>, el <strong>Aj\u00ed de Maracuy\u00e1<\/strong>, es una salsa sensual y ex\u00f3tica que une el delicioso sabor del maracuy\u00e1 y el picante de los aj\u00eds o chiles, si quer\u00e9is darle un toque ex\u00f3tico a una ensalada o un pescado en cena no lo dud\u00e9is esta es vuestra salsa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>aj\u00ed de maracuy\u00e1<\/strong> es perfecto tanto frio como caliente, por lo que se puede a\u00f1adir sobre una <em>ensalada<\/em> a base de brotes y queso de cabr\u00e1 por ejemplo o en un c\u00f3ctel de marisco sustituyendo a la t\u00edpica salsa rosa o como vinagreta de un <em>ceviche<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En los platos calientes, podemos usarla para acompa\u00f1ar el <em>foie<\/em>, o con una <em>pasta<\/em> a la que le hayamos puesto unas <em>gambas<\/em> o <em>cangrejo<\/em> a la plancha o cocido y en general sobre cualquier pescado como el <em>salm\u00f3n<\/em> o mariscos como unas <em>navajas<\/em> a la plancha por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pod\u00e9is usarla tambi\u00e9n como si fuera una mermelada para acompa\u00f1ar quesos tipo <em>rulo de cabra<\/em> o <em>brie<\/em> y tambi\u00e9n para poner sobre el <em>pat\u00e9<\/em>. El <strong>maracuy\u00e1<\/strong> lo pod\u00e9is encontrar pr\u00e1cticamente en cualquier fruter\u00eda hoy en d\u00eda, en los grandes centros comerciales en la secci\u00f3n de <em>&#8220;fruter\u00eda selecta&#8221;<\/em> y en vuestra tienda del barrio o del pueblo solo ten\u00e9is que pedirla, que adem\u00e1s os la traer\u00e1n en su punto. Hay varios tipos de maracuy\u00e1, el rojo que veis en la foto, el amarillo que suele tener m\u00e1s pulpa, pero pod\u00e9is usar el que quer\u00e1is o el que encontr\u00e9is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9is a\u00f1adirle un poco de zumo de maracuy\u00e1 de bote, aun que en Espa\u00f1a es un poco dif\u00edcil de encontrar. A esta receta a veces se le a\u00f1ade tamarindo o mango, y queda realmente deliciosa. Si la quer\u00e9is conservar, tendr\u00e9is que hacerla como si fuera una <strong>compota<\/strong> o un <strong>chutney<\/strong>, pod\u00e9is usar esta receta de <a title=\"Mermelada de ruibarbo\"
