{"id":3775,"date":"2017-05-05T09:00:12","date_gmt":"2017-05-05T07:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3775"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:38:50","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:38:50","slug":"falafel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/falafel\/","title":{"rendered":"Falafel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traigo la receta del <strong>Falafel (<\/strong>???????<strong>)<\/strong>, uno de los platos m\u00e1s conocidos de la gastronom\u00eda \u00e1rabe junto con el <a title=\"Hummus receta\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hummus<\/a>, una receta que har\u00e1 que los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, no muy dados a comer verdura, devoren est\u00e1s deliciosas &#8220;<em>croquetas<\/em>&#8221; veganas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Falafel<\/strong> lo podemos encontrar en todo el Oriente Medio y seg\u00fan la zona se prepara con habas, garbanzos o una mezcla de ambos que incluyen hierbas arom\u00e1ticas y especias. El origen y el nombre del que proviene este plato, al igual que todos esos platos que se remontan a cientos de a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s es incierto ya que muchos sit\u00faan su origen en el Antiguo Egipto, otros sin embargo lo hacen en la India, en cuanto al nombre unos creen que su proviene del verbo \u00e1rabe &#8220;<em>falfala<\/em>&#8221; que significa <em>condimentar<\/em> y otros que su nombre proviene de la palabra palabra ???? (<i>filfil<\/i>), que significa pimienta\/o pero yo me decanto m\u00e1s por la primera opci\u00f3n en ambos casos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Te_y_roibos_15165972_s.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3784\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Te_y_roibos_15165972_s.jpg\" alt=\"te_y_roibos_15165972_s\" width=\"400\" height=\"278\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El<strong> falafel<\/strong> se toma a cualquier hora del d\u00eda, desde el desayuno a la noche y sobretodo para picar, por lo que es habitual encontrar la masa de falafel en la nevera lista para preparar. Es una alimento completo, con muchas calor\u00edas y de precio muy barato lo que lo convierte en el sustento de muchas familias con escasos recursos, aun que quien a disfrutado de un autentico <strong>falafel<\/strong> bien condimentado sabe que es una autentica delicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podemos disfrutar de un <strong>falafel<\/strong> simplemente acompa\u00f1ado de una deliciosa <em>salsa de your<\/em> (pepino, ajo y yogur) o con hummus, aunque a mi esta opci\u00f3n me resulta un poco pesada, tambi\u00e9n puede acompa\u00f1arse en un plato con tomate, lechuga, pepino, cebolla y <em>Baadunseih<\/em> (salsa de tahina y perejil) o bien metiendolas dentro del pan de pita (pan \u00e1rabe) con todo lo anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como todos los platos y recetas, el<strong> falafel<\/strong> tiene sus trucos y la mayor\u00eda que hay\u00e1is intentado hacerlos alguna vez os habr\u00e9is encontrado con el mismo problema y es que si no sabes &#8220;<em>apretar<\/em>&#8221; las croquetas con arte se desmoronan al echarlas en la sart\u00e9n, igual que cuando preparas<em> kibbeh<\/em> (croquetas de trigo rellenas) hay mitos que dicen que son las manos de las mujeres sirias las que mejor las preparan, pero si no ten\u00e9is origen sirio nada mejor que un poco de harina de garbanzos para que la mezcla quede perfectamente
