A esta mezcla de especias se la conoce tambi\u00e9n como <strong>5 especias Indias<\/strong> o <strong>5 especias bengalies<\/strong>, y es sin duda esta mezcla la que le da ese caracter\u00edstico aroma a la cocina de esta zona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/panch-phoron.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" mezcla tremendamente arom\u00e1tica, para preparar la mezcla de <strong>Panch Phoron<\/strong> en casa solo hay que ponerlas en id\u00e9ntica proporci\u00f3n en un molinillo y molerlas muy fino, si se quiere se puede dar un toque en una sart\u00e9n y calentarlas primero para que huelan m\u00e1s pero as\u00ed est\u00e1 lista para ser usada.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" xml:lang=\"es\" lang=\"es\"><span title=\"Traditionally, panch phoron is used with vegetables, chicken or beef curry, fish, lentils, shukto and in pickles.[4]\">Tradicionalmente el <strong>Panch Phoron<\/strong> se utiliza para preparar currys con verduras como el que vamos a preparar hoy, pero tambi\u00e9n con pollo o carne de ternera, aunque es una buena mezcla para utilizar con pescado, lentejas y para se mezcle bien, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos 1\/4 de taza de agua y bajamos el fuego al m\u00ednimo dejamos que se haga durante 6 o 7 minutos con una tapa puesta.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Cuando pas\u00e9 ese tiempo a\u00f1adimos la berenjena, cubrimos con agua y dejamos que se haga durante 7 u 8 minutos, despu\u00e9s agregamos las
