{"id":3535,"date":"2016-12-05T09:30:27","date_gmt":"2016-12-05T08:30:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3535"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:40:16","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:40:16","slug":"pyttipanna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/pyttipanna\/","title":{"rendered":"Pyttipanna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un <strong>Pyttipanna<\/strong>?, pues es un plato sueco llenito de calor\u00edas pero muy rico a base de patata, cebolla y alg\u00fan tipo de carne ahumada en daditos y frito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Pyttipanna<\/strong> o <strong>pytt i panna<\/strong> significa en sueco <em>&#8220;trocitos en sart\u00e9n&#8221;<\/em>, el plato consiste en daditos de patata y carne ahumada picada (como bacon o tocino) o salchichas, incluso ambos, cebolla en trocitos y todo frito en una sart\u00e9n, suele acompa\u00f1arse de huevo frito, y encurtidos varios como la <em><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"\">inlagda r\u00f6dbetor<\/span><\/span><\/em> (remolacha en escabeche), los pepinillos o las alcaparras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es un plato tradicional de &#8220;<em>madre sueca&#8221;<\/em>, ya que era una forma de aprovechar las sobras de comidas anteriores, de hecho es habitual encontrarlo con el nombre de <i>h\u00e4nt i veckan<\/i> (<em>&#8220;ocurri\u00f3 esta semana pasada&#8221;<\/em> y tambi\u00e9n es un juego de palabras con una de las revistas &#8220;rosas m\u00e1s populares en Suecia) pero hoy en d\u00eda se hace con los alimentos en crudo. Este plato se puede encontrar en muchos restaurantes de tipo familiar o de carretera y es posible encontrar la mezcla congelada en cualquier supermercado sueco o finland\u00e9s, ya que all\u00ed tambi\u00e9n es un plato bastante habitual y se conoce como <em>pyttipannu<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nosotros lo comimos en un restaurante familiar al lado de una playa en <strong>Gotland<\/strong> y la verdad es que tanto el enano como nosotros disfrutamos de un plato muy f\u00e1cil de comer y sobretodo cal\u00f3rico, barato y r\u00e1pido. Es un plato para sentirse culpable mientras se come por ser como se dice en mi casa <em>&#8220;fritanga&#8221;<\/em> pero reconozco que me lo com\u00ed con un gusto&#8230;en f\u00edn, de vez en cuando hay que darse un gustacillo de estos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existen muchas variedades del plato y la carne que se suele usar es carne ahumada, salvo en la denominada <em>Hash<\/em> que se hace con carne picada, patata y especias&nbsp; y est\u00e1 muy, muy rico tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yo para preparar este plato hago primero las patatas fritas a parte, principalmente porque me gusta que queden bien y as\u00ed no tengo que fre\u00edr en tanto aceite el resto de ingredientes y te queda mucho menos aceitoso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
