{"id":3486,"date":"2016-11-30T09:30:10","date_gmt":"2016-11-30T08:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3486"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:40:34","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:40:34","slug":"sopa-minestrone-con-tortellini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/sopa-minestrone-con-tortellini\/","title":{"rendered":"Sopa minestrone con tortellini"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yo adoro la cocina italiana y por eso hoy os traigo una deliciosa receta de <strong>Sopa minestrone con tortellini<\/strong>, una receta para combatir el frio, que estoy segura que a los amantes de la pasta y sobre todo a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os les va a encantar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sopa <strong>Minestrone<\/strong> es una sopa de verduras de la <em>cocina tradicional italiana<\/em>, se supone que es originaria de la zona de <em>Monferrato<\/em>, en la esquinita que pega con <em>Francia<\/em> y <em>Suiza<\/em>. Es una receta muy de temporada ya que depende de las verduras que utilicemos para prepararla as\u00ed ser\u00e1 la sopa pero para mi es una sopa de las contundentes para tomar los d\u00edas de frio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como dec\u00eda su preparaci\u00f3n varia, generalmente adem\u00e1s de patatas se usan para su preparaci\u00f3n diversas verduras y hortalizas como son: cebollas, puerro, jud\u00edas pintas (frijoles), zanahorias, apio, nabo, calabaza, espinaca, calabac\u00edn, etc., y como no tambi\u00e9n de si le a\u00f1adimos pasta o no a la sopa.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3517\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3517\" style=\"width: 500px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/angelocesare\/76185555\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3517\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Montferrato_Angelo_Amboldi_76185555_4cb1c20547_z.jpg\" alt=\"Monferrato  Photo by Angelo Amboldi @ Flickr\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3517\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Monferrato<br \/>Photo by Angelo Amboldi @ Flickr<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <em>mammas<\/em> italianas como muchos sabr\u00e9is tienen muchos secretos en la cocina y esta <strong>sopa minestrone<\/strong> como no, los tiene y muchos, uno de ellos es, que en la receta tradicional se a\u00f1ade adem\u00e1s de tocino ahumado (bacon) una <strong>manita de cerdo<\/strong> a la cocci\u00f3n, lo que aporta esa textura espesa a la sopa gracias a la gelatina de esta parte del cerdo, pero yo no la he incluido porque para mi es muy fuerte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otro de los trucos de este plato es el <strong>tiempo de cocci\u00f3n<\/strong>, cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo cociendo las verduras m\u00e1s rica est\u00e1, yo solo la he dejado una hora pero con tres horas esta mucho mejor, eso si, siempre a fuego lento. Otro truco es a\u00f1adir una <strong>ramita de romero<\/strong> y de <strong>albahaca<\/strong> frescas a la sopa, estas hierbas frescas le dar\u00e1n el toque maestro. Y el truco de los trucos, que no es otro que a\u00f1adir la <strong>corteza del parmesano<\/strong> a la sopa, si como lo o\u00eds, se le a\u00f1ade un trozo grande de corteza de parmesano a la cocci\u00f3n de la sopa y prometo que da un sabor incre\u00edble.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta receta puede ser \u00edntegramente vegetariana, si eliminamos el tocino y los tortellini de carne y usamos solo verduras y pasta normal, y solo haci\u00e9ndola de verduras y sin pasta es una sopa perfecta para los que estamos <em>&#8220;a plan&#8221;<\/em> y no queremos tomar muchas calor\u00edas pero queremos comer calentito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
