{"id":3343,"date":"2016-09-05T10:00:31","date_gmt":"2016-09-05T08:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3343"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:57:08","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:57:08","slug":"baba-ganoush","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/baba-ganoush\/","title":{"rendered":"Baba Ganoush"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pues hoy os traemos un delicioso <strong>Baba Ganoush<\/strong> (<em>en \u00e1rabe ???? ????),<\/em> un plato t\u00edpico de la cocina \u00e1rabe y a mi parecer un gran desconocido en Espa\u00f1a, ya que si bien el <em>hummus<\/em> podemos encontrarlo incluso en Mercadona, el <strong>Baba Ganoush<\/strong> no es tan habitual, siendo para m\u00ed infinitamente m\u00e1s rico, de hecho una vez que lo probamos no tenemos escapatoria hasta terminar el plato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Baba Ganoush, baba ghannouj, mutabbel o&nbsp;muttabal betinjan<\/strong> seg\u00fan el pa\u00eds<strong>, <\/strong>est\u00e1 considerado un &#8220;<em>meeza&#8221;<\/em> o entrante, por lo que suele ofrecerse igual que el <em>hummus<\/em> antes de comer, tanto a la hora del almuerzo como en la cena, su nombre (<em>Baba Ganoush<\/em>) significa &#8220;coqueto y vicioso&#8221; y es sin duda debido a la incre\u00edble textura y a que no puedes parar de comerlo de lo rico que est\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para mi la receta <em>Siria<\/em> de <strong>baba ganoush<\/strong> es de las mejores, o al menos la que m\u00e1s me gusta y es tambi\u00e9n en este pa\u00eds donde m\u00e1s leyendas sobre este plato hay, de hecho all\u00ed las madres dan ha sus hijas este plato porque creen que as\u00ed tendr\u00e1n estas <em>&#8220;virtudes&#8221;<\/em>, de hecho cuenta <strong>Salah Jamal<\/strong> en su libro <em>&#8220;Aroma \u00e1rabe&#8221;<\/em> una curiosa an\u00e9cdota familiar sobre este plato y que dejo incluso un <em>&#8220;dicho&#8221;<\/em> en la familia que dice <em>?del baba ganuj, ni mucho ni poco??<\/em>, yo os recomiendo este delicioso libro, lleno de recetas, an\u00e9cdotas y curiosidades sobre la cocina \u00e1rabe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>baba ganoush<\/strong> marroqu\u00ed es un poco diferente al Sirio, aun que no deja de ser exquisito, la berenjena se pela y corta en tacos y se prepara haci\u00e9ndola primero al vapor durante unos 30 minutos, luego se pone en una sart\u00e9n un poco de aceite de oliva y se fr\u00eden los tacos de berenjena, los dos dientes de ajo machacados, una pizca de <a title=\"Comprar pimienta negra\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/pimientas\/60-comprar-pimienta-negra-de-tellicherry-molida.html\" target=\"_blank\">pimienta negra<\/a> y otra de <a title=\"Comprar Piment\u00f3n \" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-espanola\/36-comprar-pimenton-de-murcia-cascara.html\" target=\"_blank\">piment\u00f3n dulce<\/a>, se hace a fuego lento removiendo mientras se aplastan los ingredientes y esta tierno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para preparar nuestro <strong>baba ganoush <\/strong>vamos a necesitar <em>tahina<\/em> o <em>tahini <\/em>podemos comprarla en tiendas especializadas o grandes superficies o podemos hacerla en casa, yo sinceramente prefiero hacerla en casa porque as\u00ed se los ingredientes que lleva, es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar ya que solo necesitamos <a title=\"Comprar semillas de s\u00e9samo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/comprar-especias-asiaticas\/63-comprar-sesamo-dorado.html\" target=\"_blank\">semillas de s\u00e9samo tostadas<\/a>, agua y sal, las semillas han de ser tostadas o tostarlas antes de meterlas en la batidora. La <em>tahina<\/em> tiene muchas calor\u00edas (<em>595 cal. por 100 gr.<\/em>) pero tambi\u00e9n es una importante fuente de prote\u00ednas vegetales (<em>17 gr. por cada 100 gr.<\/em>) y vitaminas A, C, D, B6, B12, Calcio, magnesio y hierro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y aqu\u00ed os dejo la receta del delicioso <strong>Baba Ganoush<\/strong>:<\/p>\n    <div
