Es perfecta para un d\u00eda o una cena especial.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vamos a confitar el bacalao y aunque parece una t\u00e9cnica compleja no lo es en absoluto, para acompa\u00f1ar el bacalao vamos a hacer un delicioso pisto, que trituraremos para hacer un pur\u00e9, yo para este paso y mientras se hace el bacalao lo hago en el robot de cocina, yo tengo una <a title=\"Moulinex Cousine Companion\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clubcocinamoulinex.es\/home\" target=\"_blank\">Moulinex Cousine Companion<\/a> y estoy muy contenta con ella, principalmente porque me facilita mucho la vida a la hora de preparar los pur\u00e9s de la peque o hacer masa de croquetas o masa para pan o pizza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los ingredientes de esta receta son muy sencillos, el <strong>bacalao<\/strong>, que pod\u00e9is usar del salado y desalarlo en casa o del fresco o congelado, si es fresco pues mejor que mejor, y para el <strong>pisto<\/strong>, pimiento, cebolla, tomate y calabac\u00edn, es una receta de pescado sencilla y muy rica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como el <strong>bacalao<\/strong> es un pescado caro, pod\u00e9is cambiarlo por otro pescado que os guste, merluza, pescadilla, o tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9is usar pescados muy ricos que est\u00e1n llegando a nuestras pescader\u00edas como el pez mantequilla o el pez lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>bacalao<\/strong> lo vamos a confitar, es decir, vamos a cocinarlo en aceite a muy baja temperatura, pero pod\u00e9is hacer el <strong>bacalao<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n c<em>ocinado a baja temperatura<\/em>, con lo que reducimos las grasas, para ello necesitareis una bolsa de horneado y una cacerola con agua, met\u00e9is el <em>bacalao<\/em> en la bolsa (un lomo por bolsa) y le quit\u00e1is el aire para que la bolsa se pegue al lomo, lo cerr\u00e1is haciendo un nudo para que no entre aire, pon\u00e9is el agua a calentar tiene que estar caliente pero siempre sin llegar a hervir (unos 60-70\u00baC) y lo dejamos cocinarse durante 50-60 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Al aceite de confitar o al bacalao a baja temperatura le pod\u00e9is a\u00f1adir las especias que os gusten como el <a title=\"Comprar tomillo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-mediterranea\/111-comprar-tomillo-en-hojas.html\" target=\"_blank\">tomillo<\/a>, el <a title=\"Comprar Romero\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-mediterranea\/110-comprar-romero-hojas.html\" target=\"_blank\">romero<\/a>, el <a title=\"laurel\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-mediterranea\/55-comprar-laurel-en-hojas.html\" target=\"_blank\">laurel<\/a>, la <a title=\"Comprar Pimienta Rosa\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/pimientas\/108-comprar-pimienta-rosa.html\" target=\"_blank\">pimienta rosa<\/a> o unas <a title=\"Comprar Finas Hierbas\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-mediterranea\/86-comprar-finas-hierbas.html\" target=\"_blank\">finas hierbas<\/a>, al gusto, eso le dar\u00e1 un toque incre\u00edble a este
