{"id":3101,"date":"2016-04-29T10:29:17","date_gmt":"2016-04-29T08:29:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/?p=3101"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:58:13","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:58:13","slug":"el-merken-como-preparar-brochetas-mapuches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/el-merken-como-preparar-brochetas-mapuches\/","title":{"rendered":"El Merk\u00e9n: C\u00f3mo preparar Brochetas Mapuches"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os hablar\u00e9 del <strong>Merk\u00e9n<\/strong> o <strong>mezcla mapuche<\/strong> y os contar\u00e9 como preparar unas <strong>Brochetas Mapuche<\/strong> deliciosas, me ha costado un poco bastante encontrarla, no resulta sencillo encontrar recetas t\u00edpicas de <em>Chile<\/em>, pero lo he conseguido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ingrediente que le da el toque mapuche es el <a title=\"Comprar merk\u00e9n online\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/es\/cocina-americana\/282-comprar-merken-mezcla-mapuche.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Merk\u00e9n o mezcla mapuche <\/strong><\/a>, este ali\u00f1o o mezcla se prepara con aj\u00ed &#8220;<em>cacho de cabra<\/em>&#8221; seco y ahumado, semillas tostadas de cilantro y sal, es un condimento muy picante y con un delicioso sabor ahumado, de color rojo intenso y aspecto escamoso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta <strong>mezcla mapuche<\/strong> ha resistido el paso de los Incas y los Conquistadores por aquella maravillosa y espectacular tierra ya que el proceso tradicional de preparaci\u00f3n de la <strong>mezcla mapuche<\/strong> o <strong>merk\u00e9n<\/strong> es lento, ya que los aj\u00eds se recolectan verdes y se dejan secar al sol y luego los tuestan sobre una madera al fuego y posteriormente son colgados en ristras hasta que sean triturados. El <em>dig\u00fce\u00f1e<\/em> se consume habitualmente fresco en ensaladas, revuelto con huevo o en tortilla, en empanadas, en platos como los &#8220;<em>dig\u00fce\u00f1es a la parmesana<\/em>&#8220;, el &#8220;<em>pollo relleno con dig\u00fce\u00f1es<\/em>&#8221; o como acompa\u00f1amiento de otros platos.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Y ahora os dejo la receta de las cuadrados<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pinchamos en el palo de brocheta un trozo de carne y luego otro de dig\u00fce\u00f1e (o champi\u00f1\u00f3n) y el pimiento hasta rellenar el palo, cuando est\u00e9n listas las ponemos en una bandeja y a\u00f1adimos un chorro de aceite de oliva por encima y la sal y el merk\u00e9n al
