Cuando se terminen de hacer escurrimos y lavamos con agua fr\u00eda para cortar la cocci\u00f3n y los reservamos aparte.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Mientras picamos el ajo muy peque\u00f1ito, picamos el cebollino en trocitos de unos 2 cent\u00edmetros de largo, cortamos el tofu en dados no muy grandes y pelamos y limpiamos los gambones dej\u00e1ndoles el final de la colita.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">En un wok o sarten grande con fondo, a\u00f1adimos el aceite y fre\u00edmos el tofu hasta que se dore, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos el ajo picado y las gambas y sofre\u00edmos hasta que est\u00e9s rositas, cuando est\u00e9n listas las sacamos y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">En ese mismo wok a\u00f1adimos el az\u00facar, la salsa de pescado, la galanga y la salsa de tamarindo y removemos bien calent\u00e1ndolo hasta que quede la textura sea densa.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">Cuando est\u00e9 lista, a\u00f1adimos los noodles y salteamos bien a\u00f1adiendo un chorrito de agua para que no se peguen durante un par de minutos.
