Por eso durante todo este mes de diciembre vamos a ir trayendo deliciosas recetas para prepararlas en <strong>Navidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es una receta muy, muy sencilla que va ha gustar tanto a mayores como a peque\u00f1os, eso s\u00ed, tendr\u00e9is que encontrar el parmesano o cualquier queso que os guste, tened en cuenta que si utiliz\u00e1is uno muy curado la crema quedar\u00e1 muy fuerte de sabor, por lo que deber\u00e9is de ajustar la cantidad de queso o usar uno m\u00e1s suave. En cuanto a las setas usad las que m\u00e1s os gusten, por supuesto que unas senderuelas o unos boletus le van ha dar un toque incre\u00edble pero claro el precio que tienen este a\u00f1o es bastante alto, no ha llovido nada y han salido pocas, al menos en Madrid. Como os digo no hay que volverse loco y podemos usar unos buenos champi\u00f1ones o unas shitake que aun que no tienen un sabor tan fuerte, si le dar\u00e1 ese aroma a bosque que buscamos darle a esta crema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No os cuento nada nuevo si os digo que las cenas de <strong>Navidad<\/strong>, suelen ser copiosas en todas las casas de este pa\u00eds, las madres nos volvemos locas esos d\u00edas y llenamos la mesa de comida como si no fu\u00e9ramos a comer en un mes, por lo que si en lugar de pesados asados preparamos platos sencillos pero llenos de sabor, ayudaremos a que la familia no se pase la noche y el d\u00eda siguiente &#8220;<em>digiriendo la vaca<\/em>&#8221; cual boa constrictor navide\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podemos preparar eso platos tan tradicionales como el besugo al horno o el cordero asado utilizando otras t\u00e9cnicas como el &#8220;papillote&#8221; o la cocci\u00f3n a baja temperatura, o la utilizaci\u00f3n de especias y productos que nos permitan eliminar grasas y que los haga menos pesados, y os aseguro que no solo son sorprendentes a la hora de sentarnos ante la mesa de Navidad, sino deliciosos y mucho m\u00e1s saludables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No olvid\u00e9is darles a lo platos un toque festivo a la hora de emplatarlos, todos sabemos ya, gracias a los Mastercheff y estos programas de cocina televisivos, que un plato bien presentado es el primer paso para que este sea comido, porque seamos sinceros, todos comemos con los ojos. Pod\u00e9is usar guarniciones con colores vistosos o utilizar colorantes alimenticios naturales para poner una nota de color, poner adornos comestibles o simplemente colocando con mimo lo que hemos preparado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ejemplo en nuestra crema de parmesano y setas de hoy, pod\u00e9is utilizar un bol bonito en lugar de un plato para poner la crema en \u00e9l y a\u00f1adir unas setas a la parrilla por encima y preparar unos crustoncitos de pan con forma de estrella, ya ver\u00e9is como cambia el cuento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y ahora os dejo class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">En un cazo calentamos la leche, a\u00f1adimos el ajo entero y a\u00f1adimos todas las setas menos una poquitas que las reservamos para adornar el plato, lo dejamos hacerse a fuego lento durante 5 minutos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Cuando est\u00e9 retiramos el ajo y reservamos la leche y las setas, mientras en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite salteamos las setas que hemos reservado y las hacemos hasta que est\u00e9n doraditas y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Ponemos a calentar el cazo con la leche y las setas al fuego de nuevo y a\u00f1adimos el aceite de dorar las setas y el queso antes de que la leche hierva, dejamos que se deshaga a fuego lento, sin llegar a hervir durante 5 o 6 minutos, a\u00f1adir la nata y trituramos con una batidora hasta conseguir una crema
