encontramos calabazas y calabacines, alcachofas y berenjenas, el apio, el nabo y las cebollas, las acelgas, la coliflor, las espinacas y las jud\u00edas verdes, los pimientos, las zanahorias y los podemos olvidarnos las frutas y frutos y como en el caso anterior tengo mis favoritos como son los membrillos, las moras, los higos, las granadas y las casta\u00f1as, pero tambi\u00e9n es tiempo de chirimoyas, de d\u00e1tiles, de ciruelas y manzanas, o frutos del bosque como las grosellas o los ar\u00e1ndanos, adem\u00e1s de las uvas o las jugosas peras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n es el momento de disfrutar de esos platos calientes, sabrosos y contundentes que hacen entrar en calor con solo olerlos y nos dejan esa sensaci\u00f3n de estar satisfechos en la sobremesa, vamos que el <strong>oto\u00f1o<\/strong> es una \u00e9poca incre\u00edble para ponernos &#8220;moraos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta de hoy es muy sencilla de
