{"id":2446,"date":"2015-05-25T19:27:57","date_gmt":"2015-05-25T17:27:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/scblog\/?p=2446"},"modified":"2016-06-30T09:44:56","modified_gmt":"2016-06-30T07:44:56","slug":"ensalada-de-primavera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/ensalada-de-primavera\/","title":{"rendered":"Ensalada de Primavera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">Hoy os traemos una deliciosa <strong>Ensalada de Primavera<\/strong>, y nunca mejor dicho porque aprovechando que un proveedor nos ha mandado unas muestras de<strong> Flores Comestibles<\/strong>, que estamos barajando incluir en nuestro cat\u00e1logo (aun que no sabemos que acogida pueden tener), he decidido hacer una deliciosa ensalada con ellas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Las <strong>Flores Comestibles<\/strong> se han de adquirir en sitios donde nos aseguren que pueden ser consumidas con seguridad, ya que estas flores est\u00e1n cultivadas para que sean aptas para su consumo. Las flores se pueden secar, congelar o mantener en aceite para su conservaci\u00f3n (como si fuera una seta) y son incre\u00edbles para preparar jaleas y almibares. Se pueden utilizar en platos duces o salados, as\u00ed como preparar aceites o vinagres que contengan las flores para aromatizarlos. Tambi\u00e9n es posible cristalizar las flores utilizando clara de huevo y az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La <strong>ensalada de primavera <\/strong>que hemos elegido como ver\u00e9is es muy sencilla de hacer y acepta m\u00faltiples opciones entre sus ingredientes, por lo que podr\u00e9is adecuarla al gusto de vuestra casa. Nosotros en casa somos mucho de preparar las ensaladas al estilo ?<em>compos\u00e9<\/em>?, es decir con los ingredientes separados en zonas y que cada uno vaya pinchando lo que m\u00e1s le guste. Con playas maravillosas, monta\u00f1as increibles y sobre todo una gente maravillosa. Su gastronom\u00eda es una mezcla de tradici\u00f3n y cocina francesa, os encantar\u00e1 su <em>charcuter\u00eda<\/em>, incluso el <strong>prisutto<\/strong> (jam\u00f3n serrano), pod\u00e9is encontrar <em>quesos corsos<\/em> de todo tipo como el <strong>brocciu<\/strong>, podr\u00e9is disfrutar de un pescado y un marisco fresco incre\u00edble y no dej\u00e9is de probar sus vinos.<\/p>\n
