(la masia donde comenzaron a prepararse) y que os puedo asegurar que los preparan de ?<em>muerte<\/em>?, el restaurante se llama ?<em>Maisa Bou<\/em>?.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Los <strong>cal\u00e7ots<\/strong> son un tipo de cebolla tard\u00eda t\u00edpica del interior de Catalu\u00f1a y que se consume a finales de invierno, de echo el <strong>cal\u00e7ot<\/strong> se consume en una \u00e9poca concreta, de Enero a principios de marzo, pero los entendidos en este producto dicen que los a\u00f1os de fr\u00edo y nivel hacen que esta delicia sea aun mejor, ya que al parecer el fr\u00edo le da un toque dulz\u00f3n al <strong>cal\u00e7ots<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La <strong>salsa romesco<\/strong> es una salsa t\u00edpica de <strong>Tarragona<\/strong> que se prepara a base de tomates, pimientos (\u00f1oras) y ajo asado, la salsa que acompa\u00f1a a los cal\u00e7ots es ligeramente diferente a la romesco y se denomina <strong>Salvitxada<\/strong>, y la diferencia principal con la <strong>salsa romesco<\/strong> es que lleva m\u00e1s tomate y menos pimiento asado y es m\u00e1s ?liquida??. En la receta de la salsa que os pongo, no lleva ajo crudo, pero pod\u00e9is a\u00f1adirle un diente de ajo crudo si quer\u00e9is darle un toque picante a la salsa.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/bodegon_4_DSC08220_wm.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2432 size-full\" cuenta es que para preparar esta receta ten\u00e9is que tener, si o si, una barbacoa o una chimenea donde poder preparar los <strong>cal\u00e7ots<\/strong> a la lumbre.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A nosotros nos trajeron el otro d\u00eda unos manojos y decidimos hacer una cena a base de cal\u00e7ots, esp\u00e1rragos verdes, alcachofas y patatas asadas y os puedo asegurar que fue una cena Para ello los untamos con aceite de oliva y les a\u00f1adimos sal por encima y metemos al horno a 200\u00baC durante aproximadamente 30 minutos (pero ya sab\u00e9is cada horno es un mundo, as\u00ed que estar atentos y sacarlos cuando ya est\u00e9 listo).<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Cuando est\u00e9n listos pelamos los tomates, los pimientos y los ajos, ponemos la carne en un vaso de batidora y las picamos, mientras picamos las almendras y las avellanas y cuando est\u00e9n las a\u00f1adimos dentro de los tomates, el pimiento y el ajo y lo trituramos todos bien, poco a poco a\u00f1adimos el aceite y batimos, para que quede la salsa m\u00e1s untuosa, a\u00f1adimos una rebanada de pan tostado y trituramos, a\u00f1adimos finalmente el vinagre al gusto (yo le echo unas 6 cucharadas) y probamos de sal.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\"><b>Para preparar los cal\u00e7ots<\/b>, lo primero que tenemos que preparar es el fuego, que suele hacerse con sarmientos de parra o ramas finas, para hacer los cal\u00e7ots de forma sencilla nosotros los ensartamos en un alambre de forma que los pusimos primero por un lado y luego por el otro (unos 5 minutos por cada lado) para que se terminen de hacer envolveremos los cal\u00e7ots en papel de peri\u00f3dico o papel de estraza y los dejaremos reposar unos 20 o 30 minutos envueltos en el papel dentro de una caja de cart\u00f3n, para que terminen de hacerse del todo.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-note-section\"
