Es un pa\u00eds con un patrimonio cultural y natural increibles. La gastronom\u00eda Tailandesa tiene una cocina rica cuyos platos y sabores provienen de muchas culturas, principalmente de la china.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los ingredientes m\u00e1s utilizados en la cocina tailandesa son las guindillas, la lima, el az\u00facar morena, la salsa de soja, el s\u00e9samo, la albahaca tailandesa, el bamb\u00fa, el coco (sobre todo la leche de coco), el arroz y los fideos de arroz. La cocina tailandesa es una cocina sencilla pero con un gran sabor, en el que las especias est\u00e1n muy presentes, son muy t\u00edpicos los currys, como el curry rojo, el verde y el amarillo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/curry_verde_thailandes.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter y un sabor fuerte que se utiliza en la cocina tailandesa, si bien como todas las mezclas la cantidad de una especia u otra depende mucho de donde la degustemos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La receta que os presentamos hoy es una adaptaci\u00f3n de una <em>receta tradicional<\/em> con los productos que podemos encontrar en <em>Espa\u00f1a<\/em>, aun que por suerte cada vez es Mientras pelamos las gambas y limpiamos el pescado de espinas y lo hacemos trozos,  cortamos los tomatitos cherry en 2, el pimiento en tiras y cortamos la cebolleta en juliana y lo reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">En un wok o una sart\u00e9n grande y profunda ponemos un chorro generoso de aceite y lo ponemos a calentar, cuando est\u00e9 listo bajamos el fuego y doramos primero el pescado, cuando este los sacamos y reservamos en un plato, luego a\u00f1adimos las gambas y las hacemos hasta que est\u00e9n rositas, cuando est\u00e9n listas las sacamos y reservamos junto con el pescado.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">A\u00f1adimos un poco de aceite m\u00e1s si es necesario en la sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1adimos la cebolleta, dor\u00e1ndola hasta que este transparente, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos el pimiento, las berenjenas y los tomates, les damos unas vueltas, a\u00f1adimos la reducci\u00f3n de caldo de pescado (o la salsa de pescado) y removemos bien, a\u00f1adimos la lima kaffir y la mezcla de curry verde tai y removemos para que se mezcle, cuando este a\u00f1adimos la leche de coco, la galanga y las hojas de albahaca fresca y mezclamos bien, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos el pescado, las gambas y los guisantes (tienen que estar cocidos) y de dejamos cocer 20 o 30 minutos, hasta que la leche de coco se reduzca a la mitad m\u00e1s o menos.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Mientras en una olla cocemos a parte los fideos de arroz y reservamos.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-note-section\" yumprintsection=\"2\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Notas<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class='blog-yumprint-notes'>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-note-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Ponemos en un plato hondo o cuenco una madeja de fideos de arroz y ponemos un cazo de curry verde thai, asegur\u00e1ndonos que tenga de todos los ingredientes.
