{"id":1588,"date":"2014-07-18T14:27:16","date_gmt":"2014-07-18T12:27:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.comprarespecias.com\/?p=1588"},"modified":"2019-11-18T11:00:30","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T10:00:30","slug":"vichyssoise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.spicescave.com\/blog\/vichyssoise\/","title":{"rendered":"vichyssoise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy os traemos una receta ideal para el verano, la <strong>vichyssoise<\/strong>, esta es una crema ligera que se toma fr\u00eda y que es perfecta para tomar en verano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>vichyssoise<\/strong> es una deliciosa receta francesa, aunque algunos discuten su origen, si bien el plato original se le atribuye a&nbsp;<em>Louis Diat<\/em>, un cocinero franc\u00e9s del <em>Ritz-Carlton<\/em> de <em>Nueva York<\/em> durante la Primera Guerra Mundial y que pareceser que moderniz\u00f3 una receta que su madre hac\u00eda y que tomaba en verano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ingrediente principal de la <strong>vichyssoise<\/strong> son los puerros, a los que se le a\u00f1ade, seg\u00fan gustos o costumbres, cebolla y\/o patata, adem\u00e1s de la nata o la leche. Nosotros en casa, la tomamos muy ligera ya que yo incluso despu\u00e9s de batirla muy bien la paso por el colador para que no queden grumos, y me gusta hacerla con nata por lo cremosa que queda, adem\u00e1s me gusta a\u00f1adirle pimienta blanca reci\u00e9n molida que le da un toque incre\u00edble.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si quer\u00e9is darle un toque &#8220;moderno&#8221; o quer\u00e9is usarla para un aperitivo o una cena de picoteo, en lugar de servirla en un bol pod\u00e9is usar vasos de &#8220;chupito&#8221; largos y ya si sois lo m\u00e1s de lo m\u00e1s, enfriar bien Mantequilla<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"7\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">Aceite y sal<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"8\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">cebollinos o jam\u00f3n serrano tostado (opcional)<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-method-section\" yumprintsection=\"1\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Instrucciones<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Limpiamos muy bien los puerros para quitarles toda la arena que pudieran tener y los cortamos en rodajas finitas y reservamos, cortamos la cebolla en juliana y reservamos y cortamos la patata en dados peque\u00f1itos y reservamos (ponerlo en un cuenquito con agua con sal para que no se pongan negras).<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">En una cacerola ponemos la mantequilla y un chorrito de aceite y la derretimos, cuando est\u00e9 derretida a\u00f1adimos la cebolla en juliana y a fuego lento la \"pochamos\" hasta que est\u00e9 transparente, cuando est\u00e9 a\u00f1adimos los puerros en rodajitas y lo dejamos \"pochar\" lentamente hasta que est\u00e9n blanditos, a\u00f1adimos las patatas en daditos muy escurridas y a\u00f1adimos agua (o caldo de verdura) hasta cubrir.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Lo dejamos cocer hasta que este todo blandido, con cuidado de que no se quede sin agua (si es necesario a\u00f1adimos m\u00e1s) y lo trituramos muy finamente, a\u00f1adimos la nata o la leche y volvemos a batir bien.
